   Have ordered here many times over the last few years, when they first opened, then re-opened. Food usually good 9 times out of 10. Flavour isn't as good as it used to be, in regard to burritos. A couple of orders have been wrong in the past but left it at that. Received an order today that was missing an item, so called to let them know they had made an error. Ordered skin on fries, received a box with toppings in but no fries. Spoke to two people, struggled to understand each other. In the end, he laughed and said "So I owe you one skin on chip" Patronising, no apology for messing up the order, no offer of refund or replacement on the item, poor customer service - or, a complete lack of. After being a customer since opening, we will no longer be ordering from them. When spending £50 to £60 on a meal it is unacceptable.    0/10!!!! Horrendous service and food. My food was feeezing cold the corn looked like it had never been shown the grill! Tried to call to explain that it was cold and he told me it is not possible and he disagrees with me! I asked him if he could remake it after wanting to try it for so long and he hung up on me. I called him back and he told me cooked and delivered it himself and it isn’t cold and I’m lying. And he wouldn’t remake or refund me. Would avoid as it’s clear it’s not certain whether it will be good or horrendous. Shame really I wanted to try it but it was terrible and the man on the phone was so rude and really unkind.

   This is the best Mexican delivery for miles (we tried one in Burton when Burrito Bear wasn't open and it didn't come close!). Everything is so fresh and packed with flavor and spice. Is and will continue to be the number 1 choice for our weekly takeaway night.

   Don't order through their Food Hub-powered website whatever you do! I ordered, it was accepted, they took my money and the tracker said cooking, but two hours later no food. I called the restaurant and they informed me that they don't use Food Hub anymore and clearly had no idea about my order. Too late to order anything else at this point so not impressed. I've had food from here in the past, which I remember being great, but their customer service and systems are nowhere near where they need to be. Safe to say, I won't be ordering from them again.

   Delivery driver was nice and friendly, food arrived on time. Didn't like the coleslaw, I asked for no Pico de gallo on anything but they put lots inside my chicken burrito so that had to be binned. The beef quesadilla was really nice since they remembered to remove the Pico de gallo... The peri chips were really really cold and had no flavour and deffo was not "peri". For the price point I am very disappointed. I don't think I'll bother ordering again, which is a shame as I really wanted to love this place!

   Put a note on the order saying that I did not want any salad or sauce ended up with this plus when it came it was cold won’t order from here again now I can’t eat my meal !!
