   Very good , good rustic portions I had chicken chow mein it was wonderful also I had extra chicken chicken curry with egg fried rice with extra chicken very good and I had Chinese chicken balls with sweet and sour sauce big chicken balls very happy overall good quality food good portions tastes fantastic 10 out of 10 gold star ⭐ delivery was quick food arrived hot

   Been going here since a child now, I've moved to Willenhall and Bilston and still have stayed loyal to Golden Wonder and pay extra so they will deliver to me. The food and staff are amazing, i could not recommend it anymore than I currently do. Best Chinese in Wolverhampton by a country mile

   Absolutely disgusting customer care I specifically asked for less onions in my food they fill up the tub with onions. Called the shop to complain took pictures but they didn’t care. They asked me bring, it back immediately… it’s New Year’s Eve and we’ve been drinking, I said I’ll bring it back tomorrow but they’re closed till Thursday, I’ve not once mentioned that I want a refund maybe knock off a percentage of my next bill I would’ve been happy but no option given…. so my New Year’s resolution is not to order from Golden Wonder ever again. We’ve been ordering from this restaurant for many year and I’ve never complained but honestly I had today after looking at all those onions especially when my bill was £35. I’m sure there’s a lot more nicer restaurants around the area, that will give me the service I deserve. It’s because of us, these restaurants run, but if you’ve got that attitude with your regular customer, I’m sorry you don’t deserve my services, any more!!!! You’ve lost a loyal customer! Happy New Year!

   Absolutely worst food ever! Chips looked like they were cooked a day before so hard. Chow Mein and egg fried rice dark as anything more like burnt and taste absolutely awful. Waste of £18 I should have gone elsewhere don’t mind spending the money but not when the food is as disgusting as this. Even the prawn cracker didn’t taste nice. Nothing was fresh and don’t recommend save your money people

   The Best Chinese Food in all of the West Midlands, there is an extensive menu with foods that you will not find anywhere else... I highly recommend The Ham Fried Rice, Singapore Chow Mein & Lemon Chicken... But anything you order from here will be of good quality... update 15/06/2021 food here is still very good but the price of food here is now almost £7+ per meal, not sure what justifies such and increase... No matter how good the food is, more than £5 a meal is not really worth it, when you can make the food at home for less the price... update 12/10/2022 this is still the best takeaway by far in Wolverhampton & likely the whole region i amend my original statement from last year yes it can cost more but the food is so much better than anywhere else. only place that has never let me down...

   Singapore rice looks burned and very dry much like when you reheat it curry sauce was green and in a jelly like lump sweet and sour sauce though nice was burst open onti everything in the bag spent over 18 pound so should gave got prawn crackers and a can of pop alas no can of pop most oc the food went into the bin a big waste of 23 pounds will never use again disgusting

   I placed an order with Golden Wonder. I’m vegetarian, but my husband eats meat and so I ordered veggie food and one lamb dish for him; his favourite. As soon as I placed the order they phoned to make sure the meat dish wasn’t a mistake, since the other dishes were veggie and they do a mock lamb version of the lamb dish. How amazingly considerate and observant! They also asked if I wanted fortune cookies instead of the usual free prawn crackers, since these aren’t veggie. The person I spoke with was lovely and very helpful and polite. And by the way, the food is great from here! Great service; thank you.

   I haven't been using this chinese for a good few months as I found a different one I like (lai do) on the Penn Rd. The food from golden wonder used to be nice from here but after tasting it tonight, the food was tasteless, every last bit of it was. I wasted £28 and I wish I went to lai do because their food never disappoints. I was a long serving customer but they won't be receiving my custom again. The prices have increased and the portions have gone smaller. The beef curry was mostly curry sauce. The salt and pepper chicken tasted like rubber, no spice or favour to it. Very disappointed In what use to be a good take away.

   Awfully long delivery. Waited 1hr and 20 mins for food to be delivered, only for it to be Cold!!! I've ordered from here in the past and it was spot in. Since then, service has drastically gone downhill. Maybe this is my wake up call to just stop ordering take aways as it just feels like a waste of money. The only positive is that they offer mock meat options, but they really need to improve on their services all over.
