Had appointment to service out of date fire extinguishers. Arrived on time only to be told they did not want them servicing. Complete waste of my time. Now reporting them for trading illegally with out of date fire extinguishers.
Shocking ….. arrived 90 mins after ordering …. All food was cold and pancake rolls soggy and inedible. Called shop within 2 mins to explain and was shouted down and called a liar . Very poor customer service and shocking reaction . I’m a pensioner and like most people money is tight and this is a luxury and to be treated in this way is a disgrace. Shame on you Oriental Garden and hope this affects your business. I mentioned to the delivery driver that I had waited 90 mins and only a mile away …. His response was to laugh .. Suppose that’s the face of Oriental Garden .
Sorry but not a fan, 20 minutes late for a collection and they missed the chips off. The crispy duck was 'ok' but no where near half portion and the chicken curry was awful and tasted of flour. I ordered from here by mistake I'll make sure not to make.it twice.
A 2 Hour wait and 2 phone calls, only to be rewarded with cold food and a hot can of 7up. I can appreciate Friday nights can be very busy but 2 hours wait is rather excessive. especially when you only order salt & pepper chicken, chips and BBQ sauce.... ended up heating food back up in the oven as chicken was cold, chips were cold and sweaty and the sauce might as well have been jelly. oh not to mention its only about 2 miles away. don't think i shall be ordering again any time soon im afraid.
Not sure why there is so many bad reviews. I ordered online from Uber eats and the food was delicious and very hot. The woman who delivered the food was very pleasant and friendly!
Has to be the worst Chinese I've had in a long time. Almost 2 hours after ordering I receive my order and there were items missing. Phoned after an hour to be told the driver is on his way, 25minutes later I call again as they hadn't arrived, told they can't get a hold of the driver. Food turned up eventually after a further phone call and there's no way they were telling the truth first time around because the chips were warm, RAW but warm so obviously had just left. Lastly the staff or the delivery driver for the resturant don't even have the common decency to apologise. Never ordering from here again!
Disgusting service and food. Order was over an hour late, food had been reheated, pots of sauces were squashed and exploded over my hand burning it. When restaurant was contacted and manager was asked for, was told that they were not there and phone was put down. DO NOT USE ON ANY APPS
