   We had a takeaway yesterday and the food wasn’t good at all, we ordered a beef curry and the beef was so tough and chewy it was inedible. The sweet and sour chicken balls were cooked far too much so they were hard and the sweet and sour sauce was too sweet. We’ve had food from here many times before but I don’t think we will be ordering again.

   Have been going to this take away and restaurant for over 15yrs but now they have changed ownership it’s sadly not the same. Delivery was late - took an hour - we live just over a mile away. Spent £55 and only half was edible. Chips were refried, dry and hard. Duck in plum sauce used to be so tender but was hard and cold, the fish was stodgy and the portion was smaller but the same price, the once amazing, fall off the bone paper wrapped ribs were dry, tough ribs in a different sauce. Bring Mae back. Need to find a new Chinese. Such a shame.

   We have been a customer for many years. Tonight however, one of our main dishes was not as ordered. I rang to let them know, but was told there was nothing they could do because they had repeated the order back to me - I told them 3 times what I wanted, but the line was not very good, and there was obviously a misunderstanding. This is a dish we have with every order, and my complaint is not with the breakdown in communication, but the lack of understanding from the person taking my order when I called to explain the situation. Unfortunately, their attitude was very disappointing, I will not be using them again.

   Had our first takeaway from here yesterday. Amazing food. Meat dishes were proper meat dishes and not just stuffed full of chunky vegetables; very pleased. All dishes were fresh, succulent and super tasty.Pork Yuk Sung was amazing.

   Been using this Chinese for over 12 years and never had an issue. Tonight is the exception. After spending nearly £90 we have found hairs in our food. ( 4 separate dishes). We called to tell them and to make sure they are wearing hair nets and beard nets ( not to get money back). Instead of apologising there response was send me pictures as proof and we have no one working here with black hair.

   Usually excellent takeaway meal. However I ordered a meal on Saturday 2/10/2021. I ordered beef@onion ,I have had this regularly. However this one was terrible. The meat was a tough old boots. and the onion didn't seem cooked.the sauce smelt like old bisto gravy.It has put me off going again.What a pity.
