I like using Andy's because cooked to order the fish just enough and the chips. I also eat my fish and chips in the seating area outside it seems fairly sheltered from the wind well worth the £ and I don't think you will be disappointed

Tried this chippy going on the 5 star ratings but I'm sad to say I wasn't impressed at all..the fish balls hardly had any fish inside. And charging £5.10 for 6 small chicken nuggets is horrendous. Won't be returning.2 stars
Went once and then again 3 weeks later and they remembered our order from the first time we went. Excellent service and friendly. Incredible food very fresh and great quality. Best fish and chips around! They also offer gluten free fish which not many places do.
Very good fish and chips and at a good price fed 4 adults 3 kids under 7 for £22.
This is by far the best chip shop you will ever visit. Crispy on the outside fluffy in the middle ...the perfect chip is to be found here. The fish is also Incredible, If the quality is absolutely top notch you wouldn't find a better quality fish fried in a restaurant anywhere.

Always loved the fish and chips from Andys. Fish and chips on Christmas eve is a bit of a family tradition! Used the Internet to order as I prefer fish in breadcrumbs and saves waiting for it to be cooked! Although they'd run out of haddock but had cooked me a cod instead. Friendly service as usual!
Been a customer here for about 30, yes 30! years, food and service always excellent. Usually have a cod which is top quality. Many thanks to Jim and all the wonderful staff.
