Such a shame they have removed the in store curve section. Literally no where to shop in wolves now if you're plus sized. Also, hate how you dont get given a choice about entering your email. Value isn't as it used to be. £19 for a pair of standard black joggers? Wasn't impressed with the offer there at all.
Bullied/Forced to give over my email to get a paper receipt. This new look now has a policy that to get any type of receipt you have to give over your email or leave with no proof of purchase. It wouldn't be so bad if you were warned about this but I was told after already paying. Won't be shopping in store again.Served by Nina who was adamant that this was store policy.
Stores lovely but the service at the tills is the slowest I've ever seen. They have one person serving while 10 people in the queue. One customer takes forever to serve. You see other staff members around but they don't jump on the tills, just hover around. Needs improvement!!
Clothes tend to be hit & miss here. Like how they have a petite range at the back of the store. Albeit not much of a selection it's still nice to see. Changing rooms are always available which I like and service is average wait time. Staff always seem okay and friendly.
Staff aren’t very friendly. Was waiting by the changing rooms for about 5 minutes and no one acknowledged us, a couple of members of staff kept walking past me just staring and not saying anything. I’ve noticed this is a reoccurring thing with staff who work in Wolverhampton retail shops.

One of the larger New Look stores, I've had stuff orderd to collect here, but also shopped here for years. It is all on one level that I like, there are plenty of changing rooms and easy to get to in center and outside.
Amazing clothing range all shop stores are different but u do get good affordable clothes for great prices. Shoes are fantastic too definitely be going again
What a very popular clean well stocked and well positioned shop to have in Wolverhampton. Very up market but items all of good quality. The staff when asked for assistance are more then ready to help. The staff seem to have been well trained which is a bonus. There is stock for all sizes and all stock is very up to date. Colours sizes and availability is very good. Once you've made your way to the checkouts you are sure that the items you have chosen are going to be the right things for you. Long may this store last in Wolverhampton as you have lot's of choice.
Not sure what's going on with this new look at the moment. When you go in the clothes are just everywhere and not displayed neat. Feels like you're walking into a jumble sale. I've saw charity shops organised more efficiently
