   Went in to by one dress for a weddiing no idea what I wanted. As soon as we walked in the gentlemen behind the counter made us feel so welcome suggested what I might like what’s popular etc. Die to the way they treated us we slide out with 2 outfits and various costume jewellery. Thank you, will be seeing you soon for my next few dresses!!

   My 4-year-old daughter was mesmerized by the dresses in the shop window, so we decided to step inside... The saleswoman didn’t even return my greeting and kept staring at me and my daughter as if we were a problem. My little girl even asked me what was wrong with the lady… How sad. Basic manners should be learned—or rather, should have been learned decades ago....

   Have been going to Zaras for the last 5 years and this is the only place that I shop at now. Amazing clothing and jewellery and very helpful and friendly staff who offer advice and recommendations without any pressure to buy. Bought two gorgeous outfits yesterday to add to my collection.

   Went in with my wife who needed a jewellery set for her nieces wedding. The owner and his assistant were very helpful with helping my wife select a set and their prices were far cheaper than other shops on Dudley Road who were extortionate. Have been many times before and will definitely go again!

   I visited this store as I have a friends wedding to attend in a couple of weeks. I knew I wanted an outfit that was beautiful, stylish and comfortable. One of my very good friends joined me to help me select an outfit that I felt really happy with and was not too expensive. The outfit selection was fantastic so much choice and I saw something I wanted immediately. The price was great and Bally helped me select the right jewellery to accentuate the overall look which was absolutely stunning. I’m literally so excited for the Indian wedding now. The owner also gave me a great discount which was awesome. I would absolutely recommend visiting Zara in Dudley Road. I really had a great experience xx
