Went for my mother's 80th birthday and had the best time. Food was plentiful, quality and well prepared. Price was very reasonable for what we had and the atmosphere on an early Wednesday evening was buzzing.

We are regulars and decided to invite our cousin for lunch. Everything, as always, was outstanding. The prawn cocktail was so tasty, and, the garlic mushrooms were the best I had ever tasted. Had to order extra bread to mop up. Beautiful. We always order the burger. We were a little disappointed as it wasn’t as light as usual and it is so tender it generally falls apart. I guess it’s what we are used to. We prefer your original burgers. The staff as always were wonderful.

Service: The staff were plentiful, friendly and attentive. Food: The food was delicious and the portion sizes were very generous. Everyone in our group finished everything presented and we left happy and very full. The steaks were well cooked, juicy and delicious. We will be more than happy to return in the future!

Visited this place for the first time a few weeks ago and have already come back a number of times. The food is incredible and very well priced. I ordered the BBQ chicken melt and it was hands down one of the best I've ever had. There is a set menu with 2 options and it's well worth the money. I found the staff aren't the fastest but I put this down to them being so busy all the time. Otherwise they are only too happy to help with any requests. I'm already looking to go again for another meal

Lanterns is somewhere that doesn’t immediately draw your attention from the street, but I’m glad we discovered this place. It’s Greek menu combined with restaurant favourites is a great mix of food that will please everyone. I went Camembert, Mixed Kebab and Banana Fritters. All of which were tasty, though I’d say the Camembert jam underneath probably would be better substituted with chutney and a tiny bit of salad on the side. Admittedly I would have liked a little more meat to rice ratio with the main too. The service was decent, some happy looking waitresses who were always quick to tend to us. We were near the grill area which got borderline too hot for one of the lads and he had to go outside, though he was wearing a jumper (and he never informed the staff). Another minor point is the seating which has lost its leather covering which devalued the place, which I wouldn’t particularly care about but the bill was slightly steep. Overall though I was happy with the food and service, there’s a couple of minor things need addressed so 4 stars for me.

Lovely food, nice relaxed atmosphere, I couldn't ask for much more. The portions were good sizes too. The wait staff were friendly and polite- would definitely come again!

Met here for lunch with 3 friends on a Sat afternoon. Lovely service, great menu choice and reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend. Didn't feel rushed at all and we were there almost 3 hours.

What a lovely find. 4 of us are and drank for less than Β£60. This was my Kleftico and yes, it was perfect. I could have cut it apart with a spoon. The veg, for me, were perfect however, for others the cabbage was too Al dente and the swede mash was too lumpy but I liked the difference in texture. The Sunday roast that all the others in my party were described as delicious. The beef was medium cooked and the lamb (enjoyed by 2 on the table) was succulent and all were plentiful. We did not have room for desserts but they looked stunning also. We will all be going back.
