   Ordered from here for my daughter's 5th birthday. 3 of the 6 items were wrong/missing. Rang to enquire and the wee lad on the phone cut me off when I started to say what was wrong, assuming I was someone else who's order they must of messed up too. He declared he had tried to phone me to say they didn't have wedges and the swap would be for chips. I had no missed calls so he must have been ringing the other fella he assumed I was at the beginning. He then just went silent. No customer service skills whatsoever. Feeling he was total inept I asked to be passed to a manager so he held the phone slightly away from his face and shouted "this fella wants to talk to a manager" in a mocking voice. I got a manager on the phone and said the side was wrong but I hear they sold out of it and swapped for chips so that's ok but the deal I bought online came with garlic bread and a dip and there was none in the bag. The manager said the website needed to be changed and she didn't actually know what the deals are at the minute. Another 45minutes later the driver came with the missing items. 2 hours wasted on food that was worse than an Asda meal deal. Used to go to Valentino's way back in the day, about 10 years ago, and the food was excellent. How the place is running now you wouldn't think they've been open 10 minutes. Reviews are fake and images on social media are not what you receive.

   Feel like some of these reviews are maybe fake. I was very excited for my food but unfortunately disappointed. The videos and photos on Facebook made it look class but was nothing like that. We got a ‘deal’ was suppose to be 2 pizzas, 2 dips and a side for £24.99, ended up paying £28. We asked for cheesy garlic bread slices as side, ended up with normal garlic bread which was like the one you can by in Asda for £1, it was soggy. Didn't receive the dips… Pizzas weren’t great. Seemed undercooked and soggy. I don’t think this was worth the money, I never write reviews but I feel it was falsely advertised.

   Worst experience and even worse service. Was told it was an hour wait for delivery. An hour and half later I rang to ask for an update and was greeted with rude service, told it was next on its way and no apology for the wait. An hour later later I rang again as no pizza delivered. A guy answered and didn’t not speak until I said hello and he just said hello?? When I asked for an update he was rude on the phone, told me it was on its way after 2 and a half hours and again no apology. Delivery driver arrived and again not the friendliest of services. Ordered a 12 inch pizza and it definitely was barely 10 inches. DO NOT GO HERE. I have been going for 10 years and will not be back after tonight. If you are busy say that and apologise!

   Extremely disappointed with this pizza place. Ordered a 9 inch pizza and a garlic chip. Firstly the pizza wasn't cut, the base was rubbish, like a cheap value base. No flavour on the actual pizza, would even debate whether there was sauce on it. Needless to say it went into the bin. The garlic chip was literally drowning in sauce. I'm baffled how the reviews are actually so good after what I just got. Needless to say I won't be ordering again. 15 pound down the drain and no dinner. Cheers

   Great pizza and for a very reasonable price - much preferred to the Domino's next door! They do 16" pizzas for cheaper than 13" pizzas in Dominos and they taste better - the only downside is Domino's garlic and herb dip is hard to beat...all round great place to get pizza and would highly recommend! It has a small family feel and you can sit in or take out. The sides on offer are also good though we only tried the chicken wings. They were crispy and flavourful, maybe a little overcooked but still tasty!

   Had to change my 5 Star review, as a long time customer of Valentinos, I've noticed a change on taste and quality. Quite simply something is changed. I don't know what it is, but it's missing the magic Valentinos taste that it use to have. If they have changed suppliers then please go back to where you were before.
