PROBLEM. BUT CORRECTED Credit where credit's due, I ordered a vegetarian set meal priced £18.95. Unfortunately they delivered the meat set meal for one. I was worried my meal and night was ruined - as a vegetarian I wouldn't have been able to just accept and eat it, and it's what I always worry about when ordering food: that they'll give me something with meat in it. But when I phoned they were quick to resolve the issue and replaced and delivered the wrong parts of the meal within 25 minutes, piping hot. The food itself is lovely, and I have ordered from here several times in the past, food always nice, and generous portions. So I was glad this mistake has not put me off using them again. Well done to you guys for sorting it out. Mistakes happen, it's how they're dealt with that matters. Especially on a busy Friday night at peak time. Just a note to you for future: check the price someone has paid if the ticket doesn't give you much info, to help you check which one they want- you advertise 2 different set meals for one, but they are different prices to each other - £18.95 and £21.95. No vegetarian wants to receive meat, could put them off their whole meal.

This is usually very good, but ordered at 18:19, on the app/website. Was showing as delivery for 19:51, when selecting ASAP. Which was fine. However, had to chase at 20:14 to be told driver had just left. Called again 25 minutes later to be told it was in its way! We live about 12 minutes away! Cancelled order and asked for refund. Such a shame!

It’s the same old story from this takeaway. Food usually great but such a delivery mess! Haven’t ordered for ages due to previous awful delivery times. Gave them another chance, ordered at 1845 for 2000, told 2015, phoned 2035 told 10mins, phoned 2100 to request refund told had left…did finally arrive at 2110. Delivery driver lovely, food good but PLEASE SORT OUT YOUR ORDERING SYSTEM!

Awful customer service. Called to place an order. Told to wait a second was left on the side for 3mins 30secs while they handed out orders and took other orders then they hung up on me. Rung back and the girl on the phone was very rude told them not to bother with order

Food is amazing, but after another 2 hour wait for our delivery and then receiving luke warm food, I won’t be using them again. You need to offer realistic delivery times then it is up to the customer if they want to wait.

We have ordered from here for many years. I have always recommended the food but made people aware of the poor delivery times. Today has been the worst service I’ve ever received. Food ordered via Just Eat at 5.15. Rang at 8.20 to be told it was on its way. Rang again at 9.15 to be told the driver was in a delivery accident and my food would be cooked fresh and delivered with £10 refund. It was. The driver knew nothing of my delay. 4 hrs 30 mins.., sadly won’t be ordering or recommending again. Food has always been good but the very poor service has outdone itself.
