Really friendly staff and although I usually only ever get curried or gravy chips, there's a reason I always go to Elements. Great food

The chips were absolutely disgusting and totally inedible! 3 people could not eat them. EDIT: Tried Element's again tonight and it's still the same story with the chips 4 months later. I brought them back to complain and get my money back and their excuse was that some people like the chips well done and the chefs in the back laughed at me. The worst chips I have ever tasted in my entire life. I'm not the only one complaining about them either. They taste like old burnt oil and my dog wont even eat them but apparently the girl behind the counter likes them. Strange one. I'll never be back near the place. Lost a regular customer. Absolute joke.
£8.60 for delivery because it's Boxing night! Double delivery ... Loyal customers being ripped off. Never order again from here! Ordered for years here and now they are charging that. Avoid!
Just ordered a delivery. It was a wonderful meal as usual. I can't understand the bad reviews I've just read.. I think some off them could obviously be from their competition, as I honestly, have never had a bad meal from them., I do use another one when my grandchildren stay, as they love certain things. The young girl on the desk, is so pleasent❤️and so are all the cooking staff and delivery Guys. Plus it is spotless. So I'd like to thank them for the wonderful food and service I've always received. Always order from here , kitchen is spotless , food is great . Would not go past this Chinese , Staff and Owner are always friendly and they can cook whatever dish you ask for . First class Chinese Takeaway .
Best Chinese we've had in a long time. Service was quick and friendly, portion sizes very generous, high quality and tasty ingredients, and reasonably priced! We'll certainly be back again
So disappointing! Normally the food is great. Delivery took 50 minutes . Food was cold and tasteless, order was wrong. It seems this place has got so busy that standards have seriously dropped. I will not be eating from here again. Majority of the stuff went in the bin.
The most disgusting take away i have ever had. Chips just pieces off burnt potato ends. Beef in black bean sauce just pure black tar like sauce. On a good note spring rolls were nice.
Ordered sliced chicken with Chips and Gravy. I have Trigeminal Neuralgia and nerve damage to my face mouth and tongue. I can't eat Curry so thought the gravy would make the chicken and chips softer. Big Mistake. The chicken was Rock hard. That wasn't the worst of it. The chips and so called Gravy were covered in thick black Tar looking rock hard whatever it was. I wouldn't give it to a dog. You couldn't separate the chips. If you did you would have broken a tooth. Seriously Health & Safety as well as Food Standards Inspection Needed IMMEDIATELY. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR RISK YOUR HEALTH. I ACTUALLY SHOWED IT TO SOMEONE AND THEY THREW UP. THE GRAVY WAS LIKE BLACK TARMAC. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
