    Absolutely appalling customer service. Nobody answered the phone so instead drove down there to get a takeaway. Had to wait there approximately 5-10 minutes to take our takeaway order to then be told it can’t be done as it’s too busy. Explained to them we have been trying to call to their response ‘sorry we are really busy’ there were at least 2 waitresses behind the bar doing nothing. Service of this place is SHOCKING!

    Absolutely incredible. The staff were all lovely and the food was TO DIE FOR! There was a bit of wait for a table but the food most definitely made up for it. 11/10 for vegan options. The guacamole reminded me of what we had in Mexico recently, really authentic and fresh. My only complaint is that we don’t live closer!

    Every time we eat here it's fantastic, the food is to die for! Staff are amazing! Atmosphere is always friendly and fun never a dull moment! Well worth the 50 mile round trip to get here, wish we could come more often!

    Food is excellent. The burgers are especially amazing.. they have an excellent selection of local beers / ales. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is definitely 'cosy' and space is at a premium so can be a little cramped. But the food really does make up for it.

    Great food and atmosphere. Took a while to get a drink and never got the starter we ordered so let down by the service. Waiting list worked well. Had a quick drink in the micro pub up the road while we waited and then got a call when the table was ready.
