   A truly joyless experience. The Burger King at the Travelodge in Saltash feels like it’s been forgotten by time—and by taste. The atmosphere is bleak, with all the charm of a motorway layby in winter. Staff seemed disinterested, the food was limp and uninspired, and the whole place radiated desolation. Even the fries tasted like they’d given up. If you're hoping for a spark of comfort or flavour, look elsewhere. This was fast food at its most expensive and soulless.

   Bad experience. Turned up after 9pm on 28.7.25 where ordering screens were disabled as it is easier for them. Fair. Received Angus of a questionable quality and luke warm chips. Chips were gathered from the surrounds of a hot plate so basically what fallen out of packets before landed in my bag. More than that. When I was walking away employees were making sick like sounds. Made me feel unwelcome and not very hungry.

   The liars said they were open until 10pm (updated 7 days ago) drive to them and nobody's here. Why waste peoples time, glad McDonald's was open up the road

   I'm waiting at the till to be served, 3 min of being ignored then one of the lads tells me to use the kios, Not only is he happy to be lossing his job to computers, he's also happy to never take cash, First time in about 2 years iv had burger King, won't be going there again if there own staff are that lazy

   Empty when we arrived, 4 staff all doing nothing and the restaurant was filthy. £10 for a ‘meal’ which was thrown together, lukewarm and the actual burger was about 3mm thick, the bun was stale and the whole thing a disappointment

   My husband loves coming here it's just around the corner and always a very fast service and the food is always good. Burgers look and taste better than McDonald's. Big car park which always has plenty of space but the seating area is currently closed while they are refurbishing
