    Family order, asked to wait in a bay-fair enough..order comes , forgotten chips, finally chips come..no drinks, was at this point we left without them as it wasn't worth the hassle won't be returning. Advise for others check your order before leaving and always have a receipt.

    Ordered a meal at the drive though. They make the effort to ask what dip. I get No dip. 2 days later. I'm back with my daughter, I'm asked what dip. Again I get No dip. Once i'll let slide. But 2 times in a row. There must be a problem with how the place is run. As I get to the pay window, the 2 youngsters working seemed to be have way to much fun messing about. I like a joke at work but please pay attention

    Visited here today 23/02/2023 @11.50am via drive through, ordered a double mcplant, big Mac large meals 2 regular fries and a saver chicken mayo burger. Sat in parking bay 2 for over 30 mins waiting. Went inside to find out they had completely lost out order! Finally get the order, and it's missing fries, so back in again, all that was offered was a couple of deserts?! To be honest a refund should of been given for waiting over half and hour. The girl that dealt with it though was lovely, I felt bad for her. Seriously needs to up their game because today's service was appalling. Finally got order 12.36pm

    Twice this week we have ordered and orders been completely wrong regarding ingredients or things not even there. It’s a total joke I worked at one of the busiest branches in the uk so I understand mistakes can happen but honestly the staff need to learn to read as the order is LITERALLY written down in black and white. Mistakes are forgivable but when your dealing with customers who have custom orders due to severe food allergies this isn’t acceptable And when you call them they take ZERO responsibility and tell you to contact UBER which is a joke as the bags are sealed tightly with what’s in each bag and you can see 100% the mistake lies with McDonald’s I’m now done with this Branch especially after seeing everyone else’s reviews

    Went late evening on a Saturday and it was quite busy but not rammed. We ate inside but the place was obviously short staffed and the staff age was average 16/17 years old. They were doing their best but the food was like warm and then we had to leave and go through the drive through to get a mcflurry for my poorly daughter as no-one could serve us inside. Not the best McDonald's experience we've had.

    This was our favourite McDonald's until my last visit. Ordered 2 lots of meals because we were hungry. One of the meals 2 big mac no cheese or sauce because of allergies. When arrived the boxes of both shows what we ordered, on opening both had cheese. Took it straight down to show there mistake. Waited upstairs for the correct to arrive. Staff member came a stated quite firmly it was correct , i showed my receipt and she was not in agreement. So i went down stairs again and showed my receipt to the supervisor, she then agreed it was their mistake. She showed she was not happy about and basically threw it across the counter. Very disappointed with this visit. They obviously had bad team members that day. We were regulars.

    Fast food = 20 minutes waiting! The accessible toilet had people, yes more than one, laughing inside forcing me to go upstairs using the stairs because the lift is locked! Why do disabled people have to ask?? Make the toilet a R.A.D.A.R key only. The food took 20 mins and i had to ask where it was. Of course it was cold. Probably one of worst McDonald's in the area.
