   Purchased a table and chairs for delivery. Delivery day came and they didn’t turn up. I called shop multiple times throughout delivery day and a day later, no answer. I had to get my daughter to go into the shop. When she got there the shop had been emptied and ceased trading. Head office are useless and so is the area manager as nobody got back to me after several calls. I had to claw my money back from the bank. Why agree to sell and deliver if your closing shop down without any warning? I understand your a charity but times are hard hence me purchasing second hand. Felt bad for getting my money back but it is what it is unfortunately.

   Without the best and one of the cheapest charity shops around and the staff are like family always looking out for each other and helping each other and a very good and safe working environment the only place where you have a good laugh, develop your skills and confidence with excellent work experience and support so very happy to be part of it.

   come and visit our ymca shop in the Mander Centre Wear you can pick up a bargain we all so sell small electrical items and we can collect your items for free and we also are a good team and if you need some work experience we can help you with that and provide you with skills to put on your cv and build your skills and confidence and you can make new friends
