Just ok, bland meats and rice. Same price as Boojum in Belfast but just missing something. Rice is definitely never fully cooked every time I go. The meat doesn't seem to have much taste and can be dry at times too. No in house sauces either.
Updated. Still an issue with staff training? Hit or miss with which staff is working as to whether you get a decent portion or an embarrassing amount of food. Shame because a really poor portion can completely stop a customer from returning. *photos taken two separate occasions, exact same order made by different staff* FOOD IS GREAT! PORTION SIZES ARE A JOKE, hit or miss with which staff member is in. For the price the burrito should at minimum be filled full which some times it is. A few staff would need retrained to actually provide a portion worth paying for.
Ultra clean, really friendly staff and food was fantastic. Everything looked ultra fresh and loads of sauces. Had to tell the server to hold back on the ingredients at one stage it was so much. We’ll put together and mixed - One pet hate of mine is a when the filling isn’t mixed up and then one whole side of burrito is solid rice while there other is all cold unmixed sauce! Excellent food, I’ll be back!
A first today, got the brisket burrito and the wife got the taco's with pulled chicken. Lovely flavour, excellent portions and the Mexican cola was very interesting, worth a visit Back today (6th Oct 23), the food was amazing and I asked the server to free style my chicken burrito, it was outstanding, definitely going back
I had the beef brisket burrito, which was excellent. The restaurant is takeaway, which is grand. Nice easy to follow menu. Nice staff who were happy to engage. Should have a higher rating on Google but Google have allowed this business's rating to be reduced by one review reviewers who clearly have never been at in this restaurant who obviously have some sad agendas of there own. So don't let the bad reviews fool you , this is a great restaurant. 10/10
