Had to return some boots as they broke after a couple of months wearing. The boots were replaced, at a loss as they wouldn't take into account the NHS discount that was originally used. Now it's a couple of months later and the replacement boots have broken! When I spend 49.99 on some boots I expect them to last a little longer. Terrible quality.
Really poor service at Cannock today, wrong size boots given so had to make special trip back to exchange, anybody can make a mistake but it’s how its dealt with, no customers in the store when I returned them I explained what had happened and the lady who had served me disappeared round the back.
Ruth provided wonderfully customer service - (all staff just need to achieve her level.) She was helpful with alternative suggestions when boots did not fit my daughter. Very customer focused, with no pressure and after ordering boots to be delivered to store, we are extremely pleased with the quality and fit.
Ordered online and the product is absolutely incredible! It looks a million times better in person than in the picture. It’s beautifully made, high quality, and the perfect size—exactly as I ordered. I’m genuinely impressed and truly enjoying it. It’s even better than advertised—what a great surprise. Wow, well done!
Nice place, really helpful staff. The shoes are great quality. The boots I brought are really comfy. I've since taken my father, who has painfully swollen feet, and he is over the moon with the purchase he made.
My elderly mother was a little unsure whether to purchase a pair of shoes from this store, the shop assistant told her to take them home walk around the house in them & if not bring them back & get money back.. When she tried to take the shoes back after only 1 day, they would not accept them. The shop assistant was quite rude to my mother. Terrible customer service, she will never shop at Pavers again.

I bought some pretty stylish sandals in store, I bought one pair in the shop, and another online! Well pleased with them both! Very comfortable to wear! Ladies instore friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!
