   if i could give this zero stars i would. my order was supposed to arrive in 35-50 minutes. an hour after i ordered it i called to check on my order, only to be met with a dismissive girl who told me my order had not even left yet. before i had the chance to reply, she hung up and i was left to wait on my order for who knows how much longer.

   Ordered at quarter past 7, estimated delivery time was 45 minutes, showed up almost 2 hours late with no update from the restaurant. Ordered £45 worth of food, half the order was missing and dietary requests were not met despite leaving a very clear note.

   Never had food delivered from here so can't comment on that aspect. I get a takeaway every Wednesday after I finish work and am working my way through the menu( it might take a few Wednesdays!). I've always found the service to be polite,food arrives quickly and I've yet to have a bad meal from there. Remember when it was the Lady Love/ Silver Lough Restaurant. Still the same quality and generous portions.

   Ordered Friday night.delivery driver had no change my order only came to 17 pound so had pay extra 3 pound due driver having no changed.salt and chilli prawns were cold to much veg little prawns .chip bag was open like animal was in it.never order again worst Chinese was stinking

   Ordered my food at 10pm and got a notification at 10:25 to say my food is on the way, I live about 10 minutes away and 35 minutes later and my food is still not here but just eat us telling me it’s been delivered. Cannot ring the shop as they have closed at 11!

   The food on this place is just disgusting, very poorly prepared and very poor quality, arrived late, cold, spilled all over, the chips very dark and hard looks like it was fried very old and dirty oil, everything I have ordered was on same condition everything was waste literally, and this is not cheap either. I will never, never ordered for them again Waste of money.

   Place normally good service but tonight got a delivery says it was with driver from 22.55 then 23.25 arrived when said it was delivered I foned shop and they said have I the right shop and could I hold a minute came back on fone to say it was there 23 45 it was delivered 50 mins from it was with driver Food was freezing whole order went in bin tried to ring them but no answer
