   Tried here for my second time due to my regular takeaway being closed. I had initially called another Chinese who politely informed me it would be an hour if I ordered takeaway as they are very busy I thanked them and said I would try elsewhere. Fusion to be fair answered very swiftly and after taking my order I waa told 20-25 minutes. I arrived just after 25 minutes and waa told my order was in front of the chef now. I went to the shop and came back and waited for my food which from call to collection was 57 minutes not even close to 25 never mind 20 I had other food in the car for the family and had to reheat theirs due to the blatant misinformation given. I dont care if it's busy and takes an hour but be straight about it dont lie to get the order cause I wont be back. The food wasn't even worth the wait, you could tell it was freshly cooked and piping hot but the black bean was overly salty yet lacking in flavour. The salted chilli chips were decent and the ribs were fatty enough but all in all not worth the faffing around regarding the time. Seating area inside is comfy enough but obviously needed due to inaccurate timings and I have to say the kitchen looked clean so definitely some pros but for me personally the negatives outweigh them.

   Food not as good as it used to be have they changed chef? My two main courses totally different, tasted exactly the same and not tasty my spring onions were black and the king prawns were like frozen small hard things and the starter @ £10 two bits of ribs so small and over cooked like carbon 6tiny bits of chicken and prawn toast was full of grease so not much was eaten

   Have ordered twice out of here both times it arrived hot on time and decon time early. It was well presented flavourful just delicious. Squid cakes were amazing. I would recommend Fusion Chinese to everyone and wish I had one close to where I live 10/10

   I'm probably not your man for experimenting with different dishes but if chicken curry and fried rice is your thing then this is the only place you need to go. I've tried a fair few orientals in and around Belfast. This is the best quality by far. Presentation is superb.
