Delicious fresh food. Shared the bread and olives, good variety of both bread and olives, right portion size. Both had the Frutti di Mare, fresh pasta, great selection of fish types and good amount, loads of flavour. Good beer and wine. Great friendly service, right amount of attention. It would have been nice if the chairs had seat pads to be more comfortable and warmer.

This is a really great restaurant. I have now eaten at Albero twice in the last couple of months. On both occasions it was a real pleasure. Its position overlooking the harbour is perfect. The atmosphere is nicely casual, and the service is attentive and friendly. Last week I had a wonderful Brixham crab bruschetta as a starter followed by a sublimely fresh and simply cooked red mullet - one of my really favourite fish. I totally recommend this restaurant.

I went for the lobster linguine. I was amazed how much meat was in there - possibly a whole lobster. Don't be deceived by the bowl, it was a LARGE portion :-)

Great views. Best pizza ever! No joking. The Pizza Diavola was cooked to perfection, and sooo tasty. Loved the hot honey too. Good looking fish dishes too. Good staff. Highly recommended

We had the pleasure of dining here for my birthday celebration. 10 of us including 3 grandchildren ages from 7 to 2 also had to be accommodated. Front of house member of staff was exceptional. Greeted with a smile, and excellent service throughout the meal. He took 3 little ones who were over excited in his stride and made sure they were happy throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. Rare to find such good customer service these days. The food was exceptional. Great choice for the children. The fish was fresh of course, being in Brixham and cooked to perfection. Fabulous choices so making a decision was hard. Fortunately, we are local, so plenty of further visits to this little gem are on the cards for us! Thank you for making my birthday meal so special.

Albero's is fun! It's busy with an open kitchen. You can have a pizza, a fish or even a lobster. They're all cooked well. The staff are great, flying about but paying attention everywhere. A very tasty and relaxed evening.

You can't come to Brixham without coming here. Incredible! There aren't enough stars for the food! Beyond amazing! They went out of their way to make it possible for our family to come with a pram and sit outdoors. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about the fresh food (especially sea food), which is the freshest in Brixham. I can't forget about the view of the harbour, awesome place to visit.

Wow - what a place! Sat alongside the Harbour watching the world go by with the best atmosphere I think you can get in Brixham. Staff were so attentive, the food was so amazing too, with more than generous portions. Honestly - one of the best in Brixham.

AVOID !!! has been filled as there is finally a restaurant in the Bay where you can, and will, get everything to make the perfect evening. It was our daughters birthday surprise and the staff made it feel like it was everyone in our parties birthday. I don't normally 'gush' over eating out but I can still feel that warm, welcoming atmospheric glow we received, even 4 days later. The location is on the side of the harbour with beautiful views across it, made even more dramatic with the night lights on. The food. Well, there's probably not enough space here so I'll try and do it justice. It was superb. We all had different home made fresh pizza with various side dishes, which, while writing this, has me reaching for the calendar to book again. Our hosts couldn't have been more attentive and not in your face like some places. I did have to do a double take though when I paid the bill. Surely they'd missed a couple of meals off but no, it was correct. I'm not saying how much it was but I will say it was worth double what I paid and even that would have been reasonable. In a nutshell you have to go. If you don't, then you are missing out. Our thanks to everyone at Albero for making our evening in to something very special. We WILL be back .. Andy x

We were glad that we booked early, as many were being turned away. The food was generous and delicious. Waiters attentive. Suggest you ask about portion sizes as you may end up with more than you can eat.
