Amazing, friendly and supportive service. My mom’s oven broke, my stepdad has dementia so struggles with upset or change. The team were there the next day, fitted the oven and also spotted the washer door had come off so fixed that too! Simply the best team. Can’t thank them enough. I rang to ask for products availability within the size rang for my appliance and she very kindly checked and rang me back. I went to have a look and happily bought it there and then. Wow!! What a transformation this place has had! With our new kitchen ordered we went to get all our new appliances sorted, not only were the appliances cheaper than the kitchen company’s there knowledge and choice they had in store was second to none. They held our appliances until we needed them and delivered them promptly when requested by our installer, also with no issues took our old ones away. From purchasing to delivery great service from Matt and the gang. Will most definitely keep recommending.

I have used the Macrome Road branch for several years, quality goods excellent service. Had an incident recently where water spilled over the kitchen floor apparently from my new washer purchased a few days earlier. Matt and Richard came next day to assess the problem and quickly found the source of the trouble not the washer but the overflow pipe which had furred up with many years use. Immediate thoughts were job for a plumber but no with plenty of hot water bleach and patience the lads cured the problem. Thanks Matt and Richard I consider you went beyond the call of duty to rectify the problem. Highly recommended company.
