Been having oodles for years!!! Two staple boxes that I usually order at least once a week!!! Tried almost everything on their menu but my favourites are the Singapore rice, veg noodles, spicy chips, kung po chicken, fiery garlic chicken, beef stir fry and Malaysian chicken!!!!
Always had a takeaway from here, and it's never been disappointing. Service with a smile, professional, very clean surroundings & above all the combinations of noodles, rice, saucy mains with dry main flavours are always perfect on the palette. For the quality of food, the prices are more than reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
I ordered a bento box from Deliveroo with chicken wings on the side. Chicken wings turned out to be uncleaned and it had feathers still attached on it. It felt disgusting to even see that (images are attached). Wings were hard to touch, probably because it got stale and there was some rotten smell to it as well.
One of the best noodle takeaways in Nottingham! The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the place is very clean. The noodles are freshly cooked and tossed with sauce right in front of you. Portions are generous, and the Value Box is perfect for one person. My personal favourite is the Bento Box with beef or prawn and Chow mein noodles, they're thin, cook quickly, and absorb the sauce really well. The food is generally on the spicy side, which I love, though one chilli is spicy enough for me. There’s a small extra charge (50p or 75p) for beef or prawn, but it’s absolutely worth it. I highly recommend this place for the quality and flavour, and the best part? The food still tastes great the next day.
Came down late but still got served my food and got some complimentary snacks by Shero. Very friendly and good service. Appreciate that i still got served my food even though they didn't have to. I come here often as they serve good portions for a good price and tasty. Definitely recommend. Also definitely recommend the schezuan beef stir fry and egg fried rice but it's not on the list.
DELICIOUS! The food was very fresh, hot and tasty. I have never had a bad experience here. The 2 employees that handled my order today were Abdul and Alicia (hope I’m spelling the names right) they were very friendly and answered all questions and even told us about their promotions ( meaning we extra food for free because of the buy 1 get 1 free). YOU CANT COMPLAIN. Every time I have come to oodles their food has been nothing but delicious and you get what you pay for. I can never finish the food I have it’s always extra filled. My usual order is the spicy chips, egg fried rice, sweet and sour chicken and crispy chicken. I would 100% recommended it’s my go-to order every time and just hits all the right spots. I also had the shrimp tempura today which was on the buy 1 get 1 free and they were 10/10, so crispy and the shrimp inside was perfectly cooked and it also come with a sweet and sour sauce which goes perfectly with it. I got the wok wings which were very nice and they also has so much seasoning and came with veggies that had been cooked in that delicious sauce. We also got free prawn crackers, again you can’t complain!! There is also parking outside which is very convenient. They are also halal and have a wide range of different thing you can pick from, they also offer vegetarian options. If you haven’t gone yet I don’t know what you’re doing!!
Not sure if it's just me or ARE THEY REALLY THAT GOOD! Three experiences and all 5 star! The service, the quality of food and most of all THE QUANTITY! Alex was amazing, she wears the warmest smile I have seen in a while! It was cold and rainy outside, but the flavors and her exemplary service felt like spring (to my belly and my heart!!!). Went there on my birthday and the spring rolls and the shrimp tempura were the best ever! Crispy, bright golden and just right on the inside. (Please try them!)
We went for the first time to Oodles on New Year's Eve 2021 and the whole experience was lush! Really friendly & attentive staff, hot food was constantly being replenished in the display. We were given samples to taste while we waited too! I ordered udon noodles with chilli prawn sauce and crispy prawns.. But the server gave me some free spicy chips on top too. Yummy! Can't wait to go back and try other dishes. Really simple to follow menu and mega, mega tasty food.
