I like Chinese food, and I go to great lengths to find a local, loved, and much used take-away, and I found it at Chinese Taste! The vegetarian options are delicious, the staff are welcoming and charming both on the phone, and in person. Chinese Taste, has become a firm favourite…I’m hungry now!!

Tasty food, prices reasonable Helen is a nice lady who knows customer service really well and her hubby is sure the best cook. They have lots of halal/ vegetarian options. Whatever you want to eat Don't forget to order salt pepper chips.
I went in and didn't know what to order. I spoke to Simon who was at the front and he recommended some dishes to me based on what I was feeling. I ordered the Salt and Pepper fish, chow mein and spring rolls. I can honestly say the food was delicious. Enough for me and my family, the customer service was great and Simon is a very funny guy and my food all came out within 5-10 minutes of being there. Would definitely recommend to all! I appreciate the staff in China taste, they always willing to change things If you ask for me chinese food isn't spicy so I'll ask for the noodles and stuff to be spicy and they'll happily do it just how she changes what noodles I have as I perfer a certain one so a big thank you to all at china taste
Great take-away. Some really yummy dishes that were reasonably priced. Have tried a few different ones in nottingham and this is the best one. Will definitely go back. Service was great also!

I had salt and pepper prawns and they were wonderful
I ordered tonight, quite a substantial meal across the menu. From starters to Mains with a few appetisers thrown in. I will say that generally quality was appalling. We stuck with our meal hoping for it to get better but unfortunately it got worse with every dish. I phoned the restaurant to complain and they just told us to complain to Uber eats the delivery company. No ownership to their dreadful food. If I had to leave one final comment please do not waste your money.
