Just been to this takeaway for the first time.Wow very very nice.Will definitely will be using it again. Sweet & sour chicken balls Fried rice Special spicy fried rice Curry sauce. Plenty to eat,in fact I couldn't eat all mine.Hubby loves the spicy fried rice.
Tried Best Taste for the first time over the weekend on recommendation. Didn't disappoint, very good Chinese Takeaway food. Arrived on time with all food hot and tasty. A few extra bits thrown in were a nice suprise. Large menu with something for everyone. One of our friends that ordered enjoyed the Beancurd/vegetarian dishes.
Order every week from here , delivery time used to be quick , but since they've changed their driver , it's now taking over an hour for the food to arrive
I’m over the moon with this customer service because they don’t do spicy chicken balls, but they did it for me without charging extra money and they even gave me free gifts I cannot say how much I appreciate this kind of customer service. I seriously can recommend this restaurant for everybody! Very rare to find someone who is looking after customers like this it’s absolutely brilliant and the food was very nice and very tasteful and one of the best Chinese I ever tried! If I could, I would give more than 5 stars ! Thank you so much!
Ordered from here for the first time. Unfortunately, it's not as good as I had hoped. Ribs were good, but everything else was poor. Chips were awful, and prawns in the thai curry were soggy. Sorry, but not to my liking.
We have eaten from here a few times now and the food has been great every time. Would definitely recommend.
OK .... Where to start .... I ordered from here like I normally do, however! Just brace youselves; Best Taste ''USED'' to be my number one place of Chinese food up until my very last order: When I rung them, I ordered my food, no problem there... They specifically told me on the phone ''give us 45m/1hr'' I was OK with that because usually they're here within the time they state.. Anyway, 45 minutes passed, no delivery yet... No problem there as they did mention 45m/1hr, so I gave it the whole hour... The hour passed, still nothing, rung them up and I just couldn't get through (they knew it was me and they didn't have an answer to why it was delayed so they left the phone ringing, and ringing, and ringing....) Anyway, I tried again and again, still nothing! At this point I was starving hungry and no one to explain to me why my food hasn't yet arrived... So I gave it another 10-15mins MAX! Still NOTHING... I eventually got through 20 minutes later and I was determined to cancel the order because they was taking too long... So the guy on the phone (when they eventually answered) greeted me fine and I emphasized I wanted to cancel the order, so he passed the phone to the lady owner and she said ''we're just waiting for the driver to return from a previous order but your order is ready to be collected'', I simply said I want to cancel the order, she was adamant and kind of domineering me to wait 'til their driver came back, I said ''it isn't good enough, it's been well passed the hour and it still isn't on the way??!?! JOKERS!!! So she rudely hung up the phone, no apology, no nothing, she is very very rude and I got a feeling it's just me she's rude towards. Best Taste are handling their orders wrong, they prioritize the high paid orders and leave the smaller orders 'til the bigger orders are delivered.... Sorry but no!!!! I want my order hot and tasty and within the delivery time they specify.... Watch out when you order and speak to the Chinese lady who owns the place, because if they gets it wrong, she blames you... This isn't the first time I've had ''run-ins'' with her. Good luck!
Bland, tasteless. Ordered the salt and pepper 1 munchie box was not good. Was surprised because it was nice last time is there a change of chef or food supply?
We have been using this place for 4 years now and its allways been the best food,service,delivery around...But the last 3 times the food has not been as good in taste or the portion sizes..please do not let your selves down.
