The food was amazing, great customer service was our first time trying a hot pot as a couple and we can 100% say it’s worth coming again.
Wow what a great place! I’ve never had Hotpot. Not only they have Hotpot but also the bbq. Amazing food, good service, great pricing. BBQ+HotPot+Unlimited drinks turned out to be 34.49pp. Waitress was so sweet, she showed us how to do it all. I will be coming again 100%
Had a fun night at Four Seasons. This place makes having dinner not nourishment, but rather an experience. Highly recommend if you are around!
Had a great time having all-you-can-eat hotpot here. Definitely recommend the Tom Yum soup base, and the fish cakes were delicious. Will definitely come again.
Had an amazing time here today. We had the unlimited hot pot and BBQ and it was delicious! We paid £69 and got way above our value for money in food. We had several big portions of meat from the menu and from the pick your own section, and there’s a big selection of vegetables as well. The service was amazing and staff were all so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning!
Always love coming back here. All you can eat and hotpot, what's not to love. Lovely soup bases and plenty of choice for meat, fish and veg. Spent our 10 year wedding anniversary here and as usual staff are lovely, friendly and courteous. If a hotpot beginner and never tried it before, try here and you won't regret it. Staff always go out their way to makesure you are comfortable and offer the best advise.
I used to work there as an employee. The place is very dirty. The meat that the customer can't finish eating will be given to the next customer. The cloth to wipe the bowl is never washed. The chopstick cover is reused. It's very unhygienic. The boss is very disrespectful to girls and will insult all girls with words. I don't recommend anyone to eat at all
To start off, the restaurant gave me an epic experience and the staff were overall friendly. They speak in multiple languages such as English, Cantonese and Mandarin. The food was unique having a wide selection of choices to pick and had to be either boiled in soups or barbequed over a grill. It isn't too crowded at times so as the prices were quite reasonable and alot cheaper.
This is a diverse restaurant. People can order dishes from menu, or decide buffet-style hotpot, BBQ or mix. The price is higher than before. If you fond of spicy food, which is right place.
Great Hotpot and BBQ for Nottingham. Paid £26 per person for a hotpot and a bbq with choice of two soups as well as a decently sized platter of different meats served. As soon as your table is ready with everything they bring over lamb and beef rolls which are amazing and one of the best things they serve. They also bring over this delicious fried beef which slapped. There is also the buffet which is pretty great. They have a large variety of seafood, vegetables, noodles and rice cakes as well as differently seasoned meats for the bbq - most of which were incredible. The station to make your own dipping sauce is also a neat touch. All the food was tasty and the the whole experience was both fun and delicious. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a hotpot or bbq in Nottingham.
