   New years eve. Ordered well in advance had to sit in the car for an hour because they gave our order to the wrong person. Far enough mistakes happen they then expected us to wait until someone brought it back ,after they had been through every item. Then decided they would cook it again afterv20 minutes. The food it's self was as if the top had come off the pepper pot . A chicken chow mein as a very distinctive takes , this was not it. Barbecue spare rib didn't taste like any barbecue that i have had before. After an hour waiting trying to entertain a 5 year old they offered 10 % off next time . Don't think that's happening.

   I ordered on monday and i only just remembered to write this review, only because of the marvellous standard of food. I ordered cantonese style sweet and sour chicken and egg fried rice and it blew me away the flavours were impeccable. Definitely would recommend!

   We rarely order takeaway food as it’s often disappointing, but a friend recommended New China City and we were really impressed. Generous portions, good quality ingredients and really tasty. Our order was ready quickly and the person who served me was really polite and courteous. Will definitely use again.

   I recently visited New China City as part of a Chinese takeaway tour I’m doing and this one is up there with the best. The special chow mein was great quality, well seasoned with soy and had lots of chicken and king prawns in it whilst the crispy beef was in a sweet and spicy sauce.

   Best Chinese around. Please don't be put off by the silly petty bad reviews. Salt and pepper chips the best I've ever tasted. The owner will always go above and beyond to meet the needs of your party. I didn't want 10 chicken balls and he offered to do half a portion! Will go back over and over

   Salt and pepper chips undercooked. Crispy beef had white coating tasted awful.they chuck to much garlic into the food. Rang back as couldnt eat the food manager was pretty rude. But finally gave me my money back in exchange for the uneaten food! Would not order from here again.
