   DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! It’s probably the nicest Chinese takeaway I’ve been to BUT they’re so unreliable it’s ridiculous. They might be open, they might not be, they might pick up the phone, they might not, and they cancel orders constantly. I’ve just done a collection, driving there I get a text to say my orders cancelled and they’ve closed the shop.

   Took 2 hours to come. With a bottle of free red wine to say sorry for the wait. Absolutely the worst I’ve ever had. Everything is bad. Chicken balls pink beef chewy and never had duck that tastes this bad. Never again.

   Love the food. Excellent and friendly service. Just wish they'd pick up the phone! Never know when they're open. After multiple phone calls and no answer we sadly had to go with another takeaway

   AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR STOMACH!!!.I have just wasted £26 on this nasty food. The Salt and pepper tofu is burnt to a crisp!, the egg in the fried rice was nonexistent and flavourless, me and my children had to add our own dark soy sauce, but still ended up bining it. Both the chicken and plain chow mein had a funky taste like it was going off and to top it off the crackers were stale!!!...The best part of the meal was the 'free' bottle of Pepsi...I would have added a picture but it all went straight in the bin. I'm sorry to say but this food was DISGUSTING!!..would have given a zero if I could...Shocking this place is still running.

   Crispy duck pancakes were to die for. Some may say duck to pancake ratio was too much, I disagree, mine was packed very well. Singapore noodles were spicy yet delicious, and very accommodating with egg allergy.

   Tried a different takeaway, should not have bothered. It was the worse Chinese food I have ever had. Chow mein was burnt, chicken fried rice was like boil in the bag rice, hardly any chicken with it. These 5 star reviews have to be fake, nobody can like this rubbish food. Do not waste your money here...

   Absolutely astonishing how Chinese fast food could be taken to that level of perfection. The staff were very nice, the food was nicely packaged with no leaking of sauces or food and they even had a kid playing the piano and performing while I ordered and waited for my food! Honestly, from my point of view, Dragon Palace took Chinese food to a whole new level. As a child I use to love the smell of the packaging mixed with the food inside. This just brings back memories! I am writing this as a first person personal expierience as well as on the behalf of my family, who also really enjoys the cuisines made my this restaurant.
