Ordered duck came with bones all in it waited hour an 20 mins for the thing to come lost a a good costumer an dident believe me when phoned up. Had to go down an argu with him. He said did care bout reviews.
Best Chinese in Arnold in my opinion and I travel a lot in the UK and I say I think it’s one of best I been to.
Amazing takeaway! Always quick service and the staff are so nice. Brilliant food always great no matter what you order. Perfect for any time you fancy a cheeky chinese

Poor communication, placed an order online at 18.33 said an hour delivery wait. Waited 3 hours and still hadn’t received, phoned 4 times for them to say it was on its way. Then got a phone call at 9.23pm saying that my order didn’t go through and they didn’t have the receipt so they was going to start cooking now, 3 hours after we placed our order. We asked for a refund, and now gone without food. It’s shocking when it’s an £41 order and they kept saying it was on its way. Never had a problem with them before but after tonight we definitely won’t be using them again. Poor communication from the guy on the phone and shocking customer service.
chicken curry & tammy’s special chowmein. The meat was coated in slime - absolutely disgusting ended up in the bin. Waste of £25. Don’t waste your money here. Only decent thing out of the two meals was the onions. When I called to complain was told this is how they always do their dishes and never had a complaint, from reading the reviews I think otherwise! Vile

If you like your salt and pepper this place is for you! The Munch Box is value for money and also so nice however other dishes let them down slightly and they lack flavour maybe on the next visit that might change. Lovely family business will be back again
