I had a order from these last night the rice was like a pudding no flavour no colour chicken balls was solid like they had been fried again and again and the chicken chow mein had a fusty taste only thing what was ok was the pancake roll
Normally use the Chinese nr the Oxford had done 4 yrs, Not any more Diamond City is 10/10 compared 2. Only had a 3 in 1 but the sauce the ice rice!! Will buy from again : )
I ordered a delivery from here if crispy Shreaded beef and salt and pepper box. The food was stale and old, the worst crispy Shreaded beef ive ever tasted it was all stuck together in clum like jelly it tasted disgusting I couldn't eat it. It was possibly the worst meal ive ever had delievered in my life I had to throw it away, I called the shop to ask for a refund or for them to resolve the issue and the gentleman on the phone was extremely rude said he will not refund me and put the phone down. Hands down the worst chinese ever and there selling out of date food DO NO ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Been using this Takeaway for years. Their dishes are great especially the Oriental Special. Unfortunately don't rate their chips though.
I would give this a 0 if I could. Placed an order a few nights ago for them to miss the salt & chili chicken which was the main. I called and told them they missed this item for them to tell me next time I would get this free of charge. I called tonight to order this for them to then say they wouldn’t deliver this, considering we’re less than 2 miles away and it was their error to begin with. Lost a loyal customer now. Shocking customer service. Still money down, never got offered a refund and refused to send out the food THEY forgot to send out to us. Diabolical.
First time I’ve ordered from here. Was told 30 minutes delivery time and it arrived in 20 minutes, piping hot and absolutely delicious. Much tastier than my usual place and a couple of quid cheaper. The delivery driver was very polite, was wearing mask and gloves and respected the social distancing. Will definitely be ordering from here In future. Many thanks.
