   Have been going to san san for over 25 years. Ordered via food hub, had crispy chilli chicken & chips, chicken was tough, over cooked and very crispy, chips were too crispy, they too were over cooked. Can’t believe Kay would send food out like this, told Food Hub, they are not interested

   Absolutely awful inedible food. 1st time I’ve been here because the Chinese we normally use was closed! Spent £48 on food to get home and find the BBQ ribs burnt to a crisp! We could smell the burnt smell as soon as we opened them! The salt and chilli prawns tasted like it had a full pot of salt tipped over and the smallest prawns in a thick coat of batter! BBQ pork and bean sprouts the sauce was so dark and rich and slimy. Chips was cold and the rice was cold and rubbery. The chicken sweet and sour Cantonese had hardly any sauce on and didn’t even taste like sweet and sour. I rang the Chinese back up and the lady was rude an not wanting to refund my money because her business would be out of pocket (her words) yet we’re £48 down and still got a hungry family that we need to spend more money on somthing else. She then said she will refund us 50% of our bill! When I got to the Chinese to collect my refund with the food bagged up to hand her back she put her hand up to me and said I don’t want to hear it put the money on the counter and took the food off me and put it in the bin! The best place for the food! I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. Very rude!!

   Absolutely vile food! The chips are steak chips with no flavour, the sweet and sour sauce tastes like washing up liquid and is all slimey, the salt and pepper chicken isn’t like the chicken pieces from a normal Chinese, I thought their salt and pepper dishes were their specialty but it tastes like they’ve just banged a load of spices together and hoped for the best. Only used this Chinese as my usual isn’t open on a Monday but never ever again! If you’re looking to order a banging Chinese use Tung Fong cause you’ll just waste your dolla here.

   Ordered here, they didn't even send the chicken balls we paid for. Lady told me she would do the refund, never came. The curry sauce is insanely spicy, way more than any Chinese I've ever had, unedible. Satay chicken had 0 peanut butter taste, watery. Wings coated in batter, also had to bin.

   The food arrived very quickly. But the positives end there. The food was bland. The sweet and sour chicken didn't have enough sauce and there were dry patches on the chicken. It's safe to say that my search for a good quality Chinese takeaway continues.
