The food was OK, but only OK, it was bland, didn’t really have any taste and beef seemed like it had been cooked for week! We had to wait 1hr30 just to get the food so delivery is very very slow. The ratings on JustEat are weirdly 5 stars, where on here they’re 3.5.
The food was decent but what wasn’t was the long waiting time. We waited two hours for our food and got told to come pick up instead as it was ready, when we arrived to pick up we found out it was far from ready. While we were waiting they had many phone calls about waiting time. Overall terrible experience. Do not come here!
Absolutely poor ordered a delivery and it didn’t come went to pick it up and wasn’t even ready for when I arrived. Very poor service won’t order here again.
Discusting!... i ordered for delivery and they knocked on my door, left my food on the floor and was half way to the car before I could get to my door! The food hygiene rating has only 3 out of 5 stars too. If I knew od find my food on the floor I'd never of ordered from this place!
Many dishes has too much onions in it. Didn’t like.

Ordered from here, on the way to collect found out a family member had died and i had to go to their house. Phones to inform them I couldn’t collect due to this reason and the woman shouted at me down the phone saying now we have to throw this food away don’t let this happen again. I couldn’t predict this would happen, no sympathy at all so rude would never order from here again.
The food is really nice it's just disgusting how much they lie about delivery times and do not take on any feedback. Deffo need more staff... end of! That would solve your continuous issues. Such a shame as could be an even bigger business if they invested in more staff to help.
