Was there Thursday night (around 6pm) and ordered a decaf americano (I specified decaf twice). Server nodded at me to confirm. I’m on medication that affects my heart rate which is why I made sure to ask twice. Still got a caffeinated americano which sent my heart rate racing and kept me up most of the night. The server who took my order was rude and when cleaning up he was, in my mind, trying to be as loud as possible by shoving furniture about in order to get people to leave faster. It felt like the staff didn’t really give a shit about the customers.

To the women who was taking orders today you were very rude talking to the younger male employees. Telling them to “take those apron off” on a nasty harsh tone infront of customers is very disrespectful. She has a foreign accent, white and I think her name was vallerina. Be nicer to your staff !

Love this place, I frequently visit this sb branch to grab a quick breakfast. The staffs are very attentive and welcoming especially to the lady staff named Kyslyn.

Queues for a cup of tea drive me nuts. Special coffees is fine but speed up the teas. Great spot upstairs but could have done with a good scrub as the tables were manky as were the seats despite no cups or plates lying on them. It was almost as if the crockery was removed but no-one cleaned the tables and seats. Still can’t beat their tea. Fab. Decent views over Cornmarket to watch the world go by.

Brilliant place, plenty going on when you go upstairs and look out. Coffee isn't bad either

What an atmosphere, it's in the middle of the Belfast city centre. My girlfriend and I sat outside and enjoyed drinking hot drinks, it was Saturday and everyone was having fun at night. The staff were great, especially the Asian boy, he was very friendly and likable. The place is close to all shops. There is already a place, the interior is beautiful, with sweet lighting. I advise everyone to go there, it's really fun.

Had a well earned cup of tea after the Xmas Market. Big queues but the staff kept going with happy faces.. lovely stock on display. Nice and clean

I have Starbucks 1 star because of its location. Called on Friday evening four behind desk it was disgusting. No tables cleared grubby and beside 1 table a load of rubbish. We had already ordered coffee but did not drink as it was so grubby Will never be back. Who ever runs it should pay it a visit
