Ordered at counter. Service was quick and friendly but asked for mini veg spring rolls x 2 portions. Got home and discovered 2 portions of meat spring rolls so our vegetarian guests were not impressed and these were wasted!!!
Placed an order and got a call 1 hour later saying they wont be delivering as too busy, just rang to plsce an order ( different day) told they were too busy, wont bother using them anymore.
Tried this for the first time and it’s amazing! Best Chinese in long Eaton. Everything was hot, the rice was fresh and fluffy. The chicken was good quality. Got a few dishes and the quality was consistent with all of them.
A bit of disappointment. Had family over we have risk and order from here for the first time. Order of £60.00 was not the best. Half of Sheaded duck was dry like was few days old and repeated. Duck in plum sauce was more like duck in lemon as was clear not red and lasted lemony. Salt and pepper chips were so salt and spicy we could not eat it. Crispy beef in chilly sauce was dry. Over all I don't think I will be back.
The only Chinese we will order from, always delicious and great value and always fast delivery. Our order this evening was delivered within 20 mins of ordering!
If I could give it zero I would. Had a meal delivered tonight and there were small shavings of metal in the food. Phoned them and spoke to a child to be told it was from their dishwasher and they wouldn't be refunding anything. Luckily ordered through just eat so I've sent them pictures. Steer clear of this place unless you want a sliced up mouth.
Usually very good food but lately and especially tonight they have been accepting orders and then not fulfilling them. For example I made an order at 9.14pm and I Usually allow an hour as I understand it can be busy but I didnt even get my food. Trying to get in contact and everytime all I got was "the message box is full". Not happy with this service if you're busy you shouldn't be accepting more orders!
Ordered from here 3 times recently, went on Christmas eve walked in and placed order, we had our meals withing 20mins. Also placed order on just eat, again faster then said delivery and driver very friendly. This is out new favourite take away place
