We couldnt even cut into our chicken it was that dry! This chinese takeaway has definately gone down hill!
A revisit, but suspect these are newer owners. Food had improved enormously since our last takeaway. It was very nicely prepared and cooked and really crunchy, tasty chicken balls too! The takeaway looked clean and well cared for too, which is always a positive indicator. Will definitely go again.
Absolutely disgusting, although the delivery arrived 17 minutes early I’m wasn’t surprised after trying to eat the food, freezing cold.. tasteless and stale as thought it was cooked a week ago.. would NOT recommend
My food delivery was 30 minutes late, on arrival all food was cold. The chips even got delivered in a wide open bag. When I contacted them they offered me a £4 refund! Would never eat there again
The front of house lovely, delivery driver lovely But the wait time was abysmal; we waited over an hour, which I wouldn't of minded, if the food was of good standard. Whilst the food was warm it wasn't a great presentation specifically the beef curry was like a soup and be eaten as such. I will not order again

Highly rate this chinese takeaway. Me & my partner have used this place a couple of times since moving to Ockbrook and we have never been dissapointed! Food is always lovely and always hot when we recieve it. The lady working behind the counter is very friendly and has great customer service skills. Very impressed with my experience with this takeaway :)
Amazing, since moving to Borrowash about 10 years ago we have been getting food from here. No issues ever apart from once, then we had a free one the next time which without being a free loader i felt was fine. I think some would like a whole free meal! Portion sizes are always large, every item on the menu is tasty and there's always a lot of meat in meat dishes. They are always rushed of their feet and the phone rings none stop so its hard to tell them how nice the food is. I'm quite surprised so many have complained when in 10 years i and my family have been very happy. I always say, there's only 1 Chinese restaurant we would go to other than that its Four Seasons or no where else its just not worth it. I know its convenient to order from home and get it delivered but go to the shop and see how busy they are. Maybe they have over stretched themselves with a large delivery area trying to much? This pandemic has just made it harder as food outlets and other restaurants have had to close. I just go and get it myself and sit there waiting while a mostly full shop is served before me its like torture smelling all that lovely food. Thanks Four Seasons you make us all so happy with your food its a real treat it really is.
