   Was nice but now is looking very run down and dilapidated. 2 large black rats seen running around by the fence on the car park(told staff weren't really bothered), also lots of rubbish and gas cannisters dotted about... Coffee was alright, bacon bap fine, basically same as any other Costa...

   I would like to mention MATT WAKEFIELD here for his amazing customer service skills plus he makes the best coffee at costa’s standard I normally don’t get standard coffee how it’s supposed to be but every time I visit MATT makes it with the same high standard every time. He’s very good at keeping the standards high. 5 stars on everything

   I ordered a takeaway Chai Latte and a Caramel Nutcracker Latte from Costa, but the experience was really disappointing. Halfway through making my drinks, the staff changed — one person started them and another lady finished. When I got home and tried my Chai Latte, it was basically just milk froth with a hint of coffee — no flavour at all, nothing like what it should taste like. It felt like the drink hadn’t been made properly. I usually enjoy Costa, but this time the quality and consistency were really poor. Hopefully, the staff can be a bit more attentive when handing over or completing drinks, especially when the order changes hands mid-preparation.

   Costa coffee is a safe and solid choice whether eating in or on the go. Their cheese and tomato toasties are melty and flavourful, their Mac and cheese gooey, cheesy and always piping hot. You can’t go wrong with these choices. Costa’s Ice tea is a go to favourite for drinkers who favour more water based and refreshing beverages. However, their Easter especially mini egg cookies are on the sickly-sweet side but having them heated up definitely enhances the overall taste. Wonderful service, cosy atmosphere and tasty food.    Reallllllly slow service. Only 2 people in front of me ordering, 4 staff, yet waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks. We sat in and it wasn't busy at all (4pm), but the service was awful. Not even a hint of apology for the delays.

   Asked for hot mocha, served warm, replaced it but not much better, it was weak and insipid, no top, took a few sips and left shop without further comment. Had mocha with my wife at Knowle yesterday = 5 stars.

   And yet again, im left disappointed... My flat white (take out) is sooo damn hot that the flavour is ruined... Part of your training is to get the temperature right when you steam the milk, yet just lately youre doing them too hot, and so in turn they taste like junk!!.. I'd bring it back, but im stuck in an office and ask our driver to pick one up for me. Im sure you dont know the frustration this makes me feel... I may as well just stick to a Nescafe instant, because what youre making of late is inferior in comparison... Regular customer to your shop, but maybe i just need to give up!!!

   Visited earlier today with my grandmother. The girl who served us Rhianna/Rhianon, was very patient with us and helped us with our selections dispite it being very busy and appearing to be on her own. Great Service, couldn't fault the coffee, would definitely come again.

   Online app is terrible for order and collect misleading to say the least, when going to pick was advised few items were missing either had to choose something else under pressure or request for a refund through the website. When i was just about to eat my salted caramel brownie it was split into two and half the caramel was missing. Sigh!
