After we had a lovely walk around the arboretum went in to the cafe to meet up with some friends, clean and tidy atmosphere nice, we had a lovely piece of cake very tasty, what i could see the food looked appetising.
Friendly staff and you can get food and drinks here. Also they do ice cream on nice days which is a bonus
Great food and a beautiful view while you eat. Clean and tidy and friendly staff. Free park yoga outside from 5th June 2024 9.30am every Sunday no need to book just turn up until September
I was a bit disappointed with our visit here apart from the location. Two coffees and a sandwich came to around £12 which isn't cheap. It would have been OK if the cheese salad sandwich was a bit more "exciting". Indeed the cheese had been cut so thin that I thought it must have been done by a carpenter's plane, plus I like a bit of onion in my salad. The cheese on a Black Country Ales pub cob (at half the price) would last a week here. Service was rather slow but I guess we have to forgive them that given the size of the kitchen and servery. The upside is that despite my misgivings I suggest we are lucky to have it at all.
A daily trot in the park keeps me sane. Watching the seasons change is a source of constant pleasure and joy. Lunch in the cafe is a regular and very satisfying treat.

Great little place for a pit stop on a walk. Prices are reasonable and there is a place to sit outside.
Had a meal a meal for 11 people here. Booked in advance. Great for hot drink and hot meal. Staff friendly and very helpful. Meal was ordered in advance and served very quickly. Will go again.
Really fresh sandwiches and chips with a lovely coffee. Cake was also delicious and home made there. Will definitely go again. Couldnt find a menu anywhere online so added it in my photos...
