Ordered a hot and spicy chicken burger as advertised on their menu. Not been told anything when buying and been charged for the full amount. When I came home found they hadn’t gotten my order right. They gave me a chicken steak burger a ready made burger which was a cheap horrible one. I took it back to be told they don’t do the spicy burger which was ordered and what I was charged for by the same person serving. What bs is that? The loaded fries were plain and fried in the same oil which tasted like fish. A waste. No replacement or apology. Horrible customer service and won’t be coming back.

Very quiet when we went in. But it was a weekday and most people at work. We ordered the beef biryani and desi breakfast with karahi chai. The desi breakfast consisted of 2 paratha, 1 masala omelette and curry chat. It was very tasty and full of flavour. The masala omelette wasn’t too spicy but had plenty of flavour. The paratha were cooked to perfection. Not overdone. The beef biryani came in big portions with plenty of meat to complement the rice. It was hot and extremely tasty. The service was quiet but efficient. No chit-chat. But polite. It was very cold inside with heating only coming from a small portable radiator. That’s my only criticism. Everything else was fine.

Love my hot chocolate. These guys make 1 of the best so far that I have tried in walsall. The omelette rolls are the best for a quick breakfast.

Called the takeaway as husband cant have cheese, they said they will put salad instead in the burger which was overpriced (£5.45) thought it would taste nice how it was described on menu. Tasted very average one of those pre made fillet with average chilli sauce.

Great food at decent prices; would recommend if the rest of the staff were as polite and welcoming as the main man working there. Unfortunately not all the staff are so polite, especially the teenage boy with a culturally appropriated perm. Rude and giving dirty looks to me and some of the other customers. Would give 5☆ if all the staff were friendly!

Absolutely love this place. You will not be disappointed. Firstly the tea is authentic karak chai, brewed on sight. Not the powdered version that a lot of these big franchises use. Today we opted for the Boss special chaat. This was a mix of samosa and papdi chaat. It was absolutely delicious, the samosa and papdi pieces were crunchy and not soggy. The amount of different sauces were just right. It had a good hit of spice and the chaat was piping hot. Definitely will recommend and buy again. We have also tried the milkshakes and they have been enjoyed by my children. 10 out of 10 from me. A bonus the owner is very friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth a visit.

Really wanted to like this ChaiiBoss. Unfortunately the dessert and karak chaii was average. Cookie dough was over cooked on the edges. Chaii was also a bit over done. The owners were definitely professional, friendly and helpful.
