What a little gem. These 2 ladies are such a delight. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Always a cheery welcome and lovely service. Food is hot and tasty. Can't find fault at all. Well done girls.
Give this place a wide berth! The guy who owns this place has no customer service skills or business sense. He's rude, ignorant and arrogant. I feel sorry for the staff as he's going to run this place into the ground and they will end up without jobs. Recently he's banned a group of elderly regulars that meet nearly everyday for drinks and something to eat all because they are taking up ONE table. One table taken with what were loyal regular customers that were buying several items of food and drink from the cafe and sitting for maybe an hour chatting with each other to ease the loneliness that comes to us all. He's lost their business and regular income and he deserves to lose all business as he has no idea how to properly run one and interact with people.
Best cafe around by far! Quality food, quality staff, value for money, I got the village challenge breakfast and it was definitely value for money, next time I'm working in the area I'll be stopping by
Been passing this cafe for years but never went in. I can't believe how busy it is. Food was brilliant. We went for the breakfast today but will definitely be going back to try lunches
Price is good. It's been a while since I've been but the quality of the food didn't taste good. Not going again.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, I didn’t realise I had to spend £10 for delivery which wasn’t a problem I kept trying to add things on but was still below, the phone then got past to who I presume was the manager, I then asked my father in law if he wanted a sandwich to make the money up (which would then be over the £10) and they put the phone down on me, I called back to be told.. you only live round the corner come and collect I’m too busy for you! And that’s putting it nice compared to how I actually got spoken too, I will never order or eat here again. No wonder you have 0 stars!! Which I have just found out!! Take your money else where people unless you want to be spoken to like rubbish!!
Me and mom had the mega breakfast, absolutely amazing we both really enjoyed it it’s the first time I have ever ate a whole breakfast it was beautiful I asked for well done bacon and it was cooked to perfection lovely staff too
Not a bad little backcountry cafe. Bad points , no napkins handed to us with cutlery, also table dirty and very very sticky. Food was brought out wrong at first. Good points. Mistake in kitchen corrected instantly, cup of tea was a decent brew and food quality high. Staff made the difference. Polite and welcoming. Short happy bald guy on the tills and nice ladies in the back. All welcoming and running about doing there bit. 4 stars only the table let it down. ✨️ Summary , not been here before ! Would certainly return and maybe clean my own table ;-)
