Dirty tables even tho not busy.The staff were shouting for customers to collect their food from counter instead of staff taking it to table felt like a transport cafe. Rude staff will not be visiting this Costa again!!!!
Great staff, friendly, polite and attentive. Drinks were great and staff made sure to check for any allergies, as I asked for oatmilk in my drink. Clean and tidy Costa, worth a visit for a lovely hot drink.
Very chilled atmosphere quite quite for a main road branch but it was 16:22pm so I suppose it was a quieter time the staff were pleasant and the service was great and speedy thank you
Excellent coffee. Service is quick and young staff are mostly friendly. Product range rather limited, for example croissants appear only once in a blue moon.
Went there to treat our granddaughter after her performance..singing in the choir at the Senior Citizens party!!! And she loves going there!!! Very handy location for us!!!
Toilets could do with a regular clean. Toilet handle broken and has been like that for weeks. I go every week with my grandson who is 4 for his baby chino. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I've visited Costa today Monday 21st November and the toilets are still dirty and looks like they haven't been cleaned in months. Unbelievable as they are used from the public.
Is a decent Costa, food as all chains as expected service is ok. Place could really do with a proper deep clean though! Seats just feel dirty and place doesn't feel as cleansed as it should.
Purchased a waffle travel mug 2 days ago while on a training course yesterday the top fell apart covering me in hot coffee, returned to store this morning to be told I need a receipt despite being able to see the mug as in pristine 2 day old condition they would not replace. Who has ever been to Costa and had a receipt let alone keeps one for a cup of coffee. Do not purchase this cup it could leave you with third degree burns
