We had afternoon tea here, great decor pink walls, rose decor, very cosy fairy tale vibes. Food was on the generous side, so great for sharing the experience. Lovely finger sandwichs, scones were served warm, tea was served in cute tea pots.
Beautiful coffee shop spread across 3 floors. Pink themed throughout like a fairytale. The staff are lovely and friendly and inside is very cosy and pretty. Had a Nutella hot chocolate and it was divine. Can't wait to return and try some more hot drinks. They all do afternoon tea.
I often call in for a brunch and a cup of tea on a Saturday and really love the atmosphere and feel of the place- it’s so cosy and cute. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I knew they did afternoon tea and ordered some to take away for a baby shower. It was amazing! You had so much food for the price and it all tasted absolutely fantastic. Everyone at the shower said the same. Will be booking afternoon tea again for sure!
Lovely lunch for a special birthday. Very accommodating nothing too much trouble. Food was excellent and staff really friendly. One of our party has a severe nut allergy - no problem at all. Will definitely be back
Beautiful tea rooms. Visited in Feb and had an afternoon tea, it was lovely. The tea rooms are decorated beautifully and the staff were really friendly too, i have returned since for a piece of cake and will be back again xxx
Four of us popped in for drinks and toast platters. Lovely place, was cold but the staff soon put on a heater for us. Thank you
Cozy and clean tea rooms with a warm and friendly staff. Gluten free catered for too! The high quality home made food is delicious, generous portions too.
The worst customer service ever. Booked a table of 4 for 1pm and was told we would have a table downstairs as we had our dog with us. Arrived on time to find only one table downstairs and that was occupied. Saw the lady behind the counter who said let her take 2 coffees upstairs and she would come and sort us another table. She never came back. 2 of us went upstairs to see what was going on and were told they were busy and had forgotten to reserve the table. Did not offer another table but there was a gazebo outside (very very drafty) with one table (had not been cleared down) and a couple of pub type picnic tables. No one came to see us, help us, apologise or try to ensure we ate. With this type of service or rather, non-service, I can't see them getting much in the way of new customers. A round trip of 16 miles wasted and they could not have cared less. What a way to run a business.
