What a great shop went in for some windscreen wipers and he fitted them without me even asking him. What a top bloke. Great service use these small shops or lose em. Thanks for such good customer care.
My car key fob stopped working and I couldn't lock my car. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even giving me an insight in how to lock my car, when you can't see an obvious lock. Good value for money too.

Arrangant member of staff. Rude. Behaved as if he knows everything and not at all customer savvy. Last visit I'm afraid. I dislike arrogant people. You are there to help and serve the community. Not tell them they are wrong! On return I checked for the part and description with the dealer and I was right all along; having done my research first. DH
