Avoid this company. Sell bulbs that do not work as advertised. Will not honour the warranty, and refuse returns and refunds. Fraudsters failing to comply with Consumer Rights Law.
Avoid This Fraudulent Company – Their “12-Month Guarantee” is a Scam! I strongly advise against purchasing anything from Argocity Ltd. They claim to offer a 12-month guarantee on their bulbs, but if your bulbs stop working within that time, they will refuse to replace them. What’s the point of a guarantee if they won’t honor it? When I contacted them about faulty bulbs, they made excuses, saying the guarantee only covers “manufacturing defects” and not actual product failure—which completely defeats the purpose of a guarantee! If a product fails within the guarantee period, it should be covered, but they’ll do anything to avoid sending replacements. I have also come across other reviews from customers facing the same problem, so be aware—this is not a one-time issue. This company misleads buyers, ignores complaints, and only cares about making money. Other reasons to avoid them: • Deceptive advertising – They claim to offer guarantees but won’t honor them. • Poor product quality – Their bulbs don’t last as long as they should. • Unhelpful customer service – They argue instead of resolving issues. • Multiple complaints – Many other customers have reported the same issue. Don’t waste your money here. Buy from a reputable company that actually values customers and stands by their guarantees.
Good quality product with quick dispatch. Solved my space problem with none of the feedback issues I have seen reported with some other LED tail light globes.
I have changed my side light bulbs to be the same colour as the new headlights and these are much brighter. But the plastic/rubber covering of the LED’s broke off both bulbs while fitting them back in the headlight unit. I don’t know if this will effect the light over time but it didn’t when I fitted them a few weeks ago.
The bulbs arrived packaged very safely and quickly. Upon installation I was pleasantly surprised at the colour and brightness of the new bulbs. The more modern look over the original (on the left) is obvious. Very good value for money it seems.
AVOID for your own safety. Products aren't just bad, they are dangerous... (melting LEDs and smoking Filaments) For your own safety, please do not purchase from them! Customer 'service' is also terrible and difficult to deal with.
Rubbish parts and terrible company. Bought some bulbs via ebay, we're over a week late to arrive, then ended up in the bin shortly after - dimmer than glowworms in jam jars, terrible quality to deal with. AVOID
I ordered some bulbs and the delivery driver (evri) just left them on the door step,I returned home to find the item not there . I contacted argo City and the customer service was terrible, was not helpfull at all .did not offer a replacement or for them to sort it out with evri and the person I spoke to was very rude
Told me i had recived my headlight bulbs on the 24th december 2022 at 20.45 hrs i contacted them 03rd january 2023 they made out i was telling lies.after a month of waiting the said item was delivered today .09 january i will never buy from these cowboys again.
Purchased 2 headlight bulbs 9 months ago. Was using as full beam headlights and probably have only used them half a dozen times around an hour's use as I don't drive at night much. 1 has just failed. Contacted the company who won't do anything and are not honouring the 1 year warranty. Awful customer service. AVOID!!!
