   Took my car in for an MOT and diagnostics due to an overheating issue. There was a problem initially because the wrong part was supplied, but they kept me updated at all times. Although the job ended up being more than originally quoted, they gave me a £100 discount, so I really can’t complain. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be taking my car there in the future.

   Brought my car Tuesday for MOT. Fault was found. Nothing major but some part still needed replacement. Had no problem booking another visit Saturday. I was supposed to bring my car 1PM but my plans changed and the garage had no problem with me coming in earlier. Job was done quickly. My car actually runs quieter ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠°ʖ°⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯. Would recommend.

   Took my Range Rover evoque in for a service and MOT at Halfords Wolverhampton, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He went out of his way to make the whole process smooth and stress-free, offered an amazing discount, and refreshingly there was absolutely no upselling. Just honest advice and genuine support.    Worst customer service ever the lads looked like they didn’t want to be there. Took my car for a MOT and service telling me it might not be done as we don’t have the parts completely waste of time I wouldn’t recommend this garage to anyone.

   Never ever take the vehicle for MOT or any kind of inspection here. They will suggest some works and extract money from you and thats what they do. I took the vehicle for MOT here, and it failed. They kept the vehicle for 5 days to do an inspection and they told me that there are things which needs to be repaired urgently, and it will cost around 600 pounds. I was willing to do it but they told me they are out of stock of the parts needed and my vehicle might need to be kept for long. Since I wanted the vehicle to be on toad soon, I took the car to the dealer garage, to get the repairs done. They ran a MOT again, and it passed without any repairs. These people will fail the MOT, ask for costly repairs and extract money from you, thats what they do. I shall never ever go there again, neither will I suggest anyone about this place.

   I'm so upset. They've completely wasted my time. I booked my car in for repairs thinking this would be the best option for me and give me peace of mind as I use my car daily for work. Even though I had the car booked in a week prior, I left the car at the garage and an hour later they ring to tell me their one (and only) diagnostic computer was not working and they would be unable to do the work. They knew the work needed to be done as they had previously told me the faults a fortnight before. I feel they did not want to do the work in the first place, and now I am left with nothing. They can't even rebook as they do not know when their one (and only) diagnostic computer will be replaced/repaired. I wish they would have told me this before I left my keys with them. Edit: in response to their reply I have emailed them full details of the incident and how this has left me in an awful predicament

   Booked an appointment four days in advance to have four new tyres fitted and my tracking done, went to the appointment only to be told the tyres weren’t there, we received no phone call prior to turning up! Guy on the counter didn’t seem to care, no apologies offered definitely will never use again. Have requested a refund, so let’s see if that happens. Would give no stars if I was able to!!!

   Will not be returning here for an MOT. Unless you want an advisory on your MOT certificate when trying to sell your car for an air freshener obscuring the drivers view, I would not advise going here. Had my car checked over by another mechanic after having its MOT done here to find that none of the advisories I was worried about were of absolutely of no concern. The rust mentioned on my 15 plate 45000 mile car was only 1cm survive level, yet I was told the car would require extensive work to put right. I was not even notified that my car had passed nor failed it’s MOT, only found this out when checking the gov website after not hearing anything for 7 hours after dropping off my car. The staff were outside vaping, smoking and spitting in the floor whilst I was waiting inside at the desk to speak to someone. I was also told my car was not built or designed to last longer than 5 years. I will never have any work carried out by Halfords again.
