Very pleased with my experience here. Firstly the price was right for two Michelin Cross Climate tyres, cheaper than anywhere else, and available for fitting within a couple of days. Didn't have to wait too long for fitting in a pre-booked slot. Staff were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this place, and will definitely use again. Plenty of parking space, including 1 blue badge space. There's an air conditioned reception / waiting area, with a drinks machine and toilets, if required.
Would just like to thank the two lads at ATS Wednesfield Rd. Had a full service on my vehicle today, during the service they found I had a broken coil spring. The manager Phoned me an explained the problem, there was no pressure selling and it was left up to me if I wanted it done or not. I decided to have all work done and can really feel the difference in my car. My bank balance as taken a beating but that's the joy of owning a vehicle. Anyway thank you again guys, I received a very friendly and professional service and will be back in the future.

Took my car In to ats to get 2 new tyres was book in within 3 hours same day. They where Very busy an only 2 people working an still managed to get me in and where very pleasant. Will definitely use them again as price was within my price range

I purchased four new Michelins online together with a fitting date and time slot. They called to tell me they couldn't get the tyres for the day I wanted (needed) so had to reschedule. The waiting area was dirty, the customer toilets were filthy, the staff possessed basic customer service skills. I'd also paid for alignment with the main aim of centering the steering wheel (recently purchased used car) which they do as standard but the car then tracked to the left upon leaving the site. I returned immediately and was told the tracking was spot on according to the machine but they would do it again. They did, no change, their excuse was that road cambers would cause pull to either side and to "give it a few days to settle". I'm not an idiot, I'd already driven on a flat surface before returning. Tyre pressures were also either too low or too high. Overall not a great experience and certainly not as I expected from glowing reviews here (they must have the wrong place...). If you're one of the rare few who still value customer service and attention to detail as part of your purchase experience, I'd advise to look elsewhere.
One of the better tyre fitters depots with a no nonsense and non bull***t attitude from the friendly staff.
