    Car had flat battery and the bonnet release cable had broken. So RAC couldn't change the battery. The MOT service centre Tipton stayed open for me late Saturday afternoon ( 20th) to get car booked in. It also needed a replacement wing mirror, which I already had. So today 22nd. They managed to get bonnet open, replace cable and battery and fit new wing mirror. Polite lads and brilliant customer service. Thank you. Lesley & Steve ( ST)

    Thank you for helping me last minute .my car broken down on way to work by this place ,boys helped me to move car and fixed next few hrs .staff was lovely and I waited in reception with other customers drinking cups of tea .place deserved 10 stars !!!! Definitely comeback with chocolates for Christmas because they never charged me much like others garages around

    I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel like these deserve one. I went in to speak to these as a fault code came on my dash, the first person I attempted to talk to was blunt and rude, I then seen another guy walk past so I started to ask him if they had space to see me and he screwed his face up and ignored me! Iv heard a lot of bad things about these cowboys from friends and family of mine. The only reason I went there was because there was no other local ones open. 100% the worst customer service from a garage iv ever experienced!

    How this garage is RAC approved and has 5 stars i will never know. I'd get more polite service going to Karen's restaurant. From start to finish I have had such an unprofessional and terrible experience with the garage. The only exception was the lady on reception was lovely so thank you to her. However my car was making a funny noise and a service light came on and 5 mins later a lot of smoke was coming out of my car, ironically on the day I was taking it into a garage near my work. I called RAC who were brilliant for me and got me into this garage. This lovely garage accepted my job which at first I appreciated until they did do my job 2 and half days later meaning I had to lose out on almost 3 days work ( thanks for that). It took me to call them about what was happening. They didn't call me until I asked for a call back on day 2. However my car was fixed on day 3 and I drive towards work and notice the wrench light was still on and phoned them up and asked why is it still on there, does it come off on its own. They told me to come back to have a look. I spoke to a mechanic who was so rude and asked me if I had serviced my car to which I replied I have a full service and mot every year and had one on 2 months ago and he called me a liar and said I never had a service done and the service light was on for a lot longer and has nothing to do with the incident. I only saw that light 5 minutes before I broke down. I told him that and he then again called me a liar and saying that the light was on before and I was trying to pull a fast one. I was actually gobsmacked. He did reset my dashboard. The day after I get a call from the garage saying can you come back in, we undercharged you and you owe us more money. No thanks not the way your staff spoke to me. RAC you need to reinvestigate

    This is a fantastic garage, I recommend anyone in the area who needs their car looked at, or fixing to book in here. They accommodated me straight away, provided me with a full breakdown with what was needed to get my car back on the road. They're fair with pricing and have great customer service skills. Thanks I am now back on the road with no issues.

    Stay away. Booked in for MOT for 12.30 Told to collect at 13.30 After walking around for a hour to pass come back to find Van hadn't been moved and they'd put someone else on early. Wasted my time on a Saturday morning. Owner very aggressive

    Very friendly staff, booked car for MOT and service, left the car in the morning and collected in a afternoon, they keep me informed with MOT advisory, they completed the work no problem. When I collected the vehicle, the owner of the garage was very friendly and approachable. Will recommend 100%.

    Left The car for diagnostic, they said it will take one day no call so I went back next day they start make excuses they don’t know what wrong with the car but definitely need a new crone sensor. Ask the to quote it for me how much that going to be and not heard from them for a week so I went back again. Just when I arrived at reception I just been told They was about to call me. When I asked about repair they told know what wrong with the car and they said we will need that sensor and then we see what wrong with it. When I asked for diagnostics report they told me to wait 1 hr(they had a car for a week and they didn’t have time to make a report) Waste of time and money
