   Two years in a row I had my MOT done at this garage — never again. They were nitpicking and trying to find problems in a 6-year-old (low mileage) japanese car. It’s a shame because they’re only two minutes away from me. On top of that, the annoying, know-it-all owner lied to me, saying he would send an email to the DVLA to correct the mileage issue (during the first test he submitted the car’s mileage in kilometers). Their prices are also too high — seriously, that’s how much you charge for an oil change even when I provide my own oil and filter?

   Robin listened to what I needed, and gave me advice, even didn’t mind me getting other quotes as what I needed was expensive to do. He also said to be careful as I could be scammed. I ended up using Robin, he treated me with respect, he talked me through everything that was needed, and sent photos and videos as updates, which was brilliant. I would recommend anyone to use Robin’s auto world if you haven’t already done so

   Robin managed to fit my wife's car in last minute to fit whole new brake callipers discs and pads. All done ready in time for Christmas. Kept us informed all the way and done a great job. We will be returning with both our cars for the foreseeable. Highly recommended this garage.

   My car didn't feel right and the dashboard was showing advisories. I seeked advice from my local garage, but as a female, they spun me a yarn, wasn't happy so I saw a website called "fix my car". I put my issues in and Robin responded quickly and efficiently. I called him and told him What my local garage suggested it would be, and he told me to come in the same day even though he was fully booked. On arrival, he was friendly, courteous and introduced his receptionist partner me, who offered me a hot drink and a seat. Both of them put me at ease after a few minutes of discussion and asking the right questions. He assessed my vehicle and realised that the issue was totally different from what I was told previously and said he could correct it. Robin took a couple of hours to fix the problem and he remained courteous and reassuring. It's not very often as a female to meet a mechanic who isn't out to take advantage of your lack of knowledge on vehicles, but this man and his partner are straight upfront, honest and have integrity and I respect that. This family business will now be my 1st choice, even if he's a few miles away. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

   Took my classic car into Robin for an MOT, I got a same day appointment and fixed a few issues with the car the same day with new parts. Great friendly reliable service. My newer car is going in next week now for a service (Nice cup of tea too)
