⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jared and his team were amazing from start to finish. They helped collect my abandoned BMW X3 from home when other garages told me it was my problem to sort out. Jared gave me a fair and honest quote, kept me updated throughout, and even showed me photos of the damage to my twin turbo. It’s rare to find such a trustworthy garage these days. I also had a full service done, and they even washed my car before handing it back! Excellent communication, great service, and genuine people. Highly recommend Shaft Motors — not just for BMWs, but for any German car. I’ve definitely found my new go-to garage!
Brilliant work done by Jared a team. My 2 series was throwing a fault code 36F600 and had no clues as to what the issue could be. They fixed my car in a week with a very sensible price and quality work done. My car drives great now! Thank you Shaft Motors, highly recommend them for their knowledge and quality of work! :)

Additionally my car had sensors fault on the engine. Initially everyone was saying it was the ECU but fortunately it wasn’t , it was something much simpler, he saved my £600 plus additional costs. If I could I give them 10 stars not just 5 . Very well worth it.
Fabulous service. Jared is very knowledgeable person. Diagnosed the car faults and fixed it in 2 day . No additional work was necessary. I'm very happy. There's a reason Shaft Motors get consistent 5 stars, and just won an award... Our BMW had an issue with the radio, I phoned Shaft due to the great reviews and was told it would be £50 to diagnose the issue (which later became £80 due the need of an extended diagnostic). The car was booked in within the week, damaged amplifier identified and replaced, vehicle returned within 3 days! We received videos of the issue and screenshots of the diagnostics. Don't be alarmed by the premises, it's rough and reminds me of the garage on EastEnders! The overall cost of the repair was a fraction of what a BMW garage, in fact any garage, would charge in a more than reasonable time. I'm really happy with the service.
