DO NOT USE, as other have said, couldn't diagnose car within hour, after two hours came back with £2k quote. Took it to another garage, fixed for £100 CLOWNS!!
No matter what the car is in for they phone up and ask for another hours investigation, used to be really good but they’ve lost a couple of decent mechanics. Haven’t sorted the Last two cars that have been in unfortunately. Hope they get back to what they were, we might return then
So friendly and helpful. They really know about cars. Nothing too much for them. Highly recommend.
Sadly I have to use this garage as South Staffordshire council use this garage for their MOT checks. They quoted me £108 to fit a TPS sensor. After ringing around I got one supplied and fitted for just £83 (HiQ Wolverhampton) I will add I can't fault the staff. They have always treated me with respect but it pays to shop around.
Hi yes we hi they regassed air con did not work took it bs k and they said the compressor was broke. Wanted 900 quid took it to another garage who said it was 2 seals 78 quid and they had to regas it. Avoid at all costs.
Steer clear of this place 3 days to replace a car door handle ? Wrong parts ordered Lack of customer contact Like pulling teeth When we collected car it was backed up to a hawthorn hedge covered in leaves/filthy And blocked in Web site mentions dealer level of service? Very disappointed
my car wouldn't start at all so it was towed t this garage who did diagnostics on it. They charged £ 70 for this and told me they found nothing but in clearing the fault codes it was now starting. Of course the car broke down again as the service I paid £70 to find the fault was clearly incorrect a misdiagnnosis!. They didnt have room to look at it again and refused to refund the £70 for the first misdiagnosis. very dodgy. i would have repaired the problem with them had they been honest and not charged the first time if they were unable to diagnose the problem then how can a diagnosis fee be charged? an honest garage would have said we cant find whats wrong as its starting now so no charge please come back when it breaks again and then a diagnosis and fee will be charged. i would have then gone on to have it repaired. i dont like dishonest practises. Also the manager was stubbon and refused to compromise not great customer service he argues that you wouldnt buy something from a supermarket and not pay this anology doesnt fit this situation at all. if the product in the supermarket was faulty i would return it, the diagnosis was faulty, the wrong or no problem was diagnosed!
