Wonderful helpful and friendly sales people who try their very hardest to help you find just what you are looking for. In my opinion they went above and beyond to help me find an ideal outfit for a specific occasion. The clothes are of very high quality and are much more affordable than other high street stools.
This shop has a very rude manager or supervisor or whatever queen she things she is. My first time visit here on 2 of August 2023. I was denied to go to the fitting rooms 2 hours before closing, wanted to buy some pants and she said are not for sale when the truth was obviously different since they had price on them like half of the shop was not for sale. Really??? NOT on sale just for sale in order to buy them. Then she started to mopping the shop an hour before closing. Crazy. I do not reccomend to go there unless you want to loose your precious time and hers obviously. It's like she hates customers! I do not reccomend this shop. At all!
Me and my mum went to bonmarche yesterday afternoon in the nottingham city centre. When we went to pay the woman just hit the table to say this counter, which I thought was extremely rude, not speaking or anything like how rude to tap the table. So rude and not happy, and the workers were having a chat and on the phone which is not at all professional.
I always buy your trouers (straight leg) and a classic top. I'M 8O VERY FASHION aware and folk often compliment and ask where I bought them.
The staff at Bonmarche are very helpful and friendly, they asked me what I was looking for and I asked them have you got this particular item and my size for me. The assistant helped to look and she found it for, I said thank you for helping me to look for the item.
The first time I've been inside this store, didn't buy anything for myself as I went to find something for an elder relative, left with 5 well fitting clothing items and a very happy relative. Staff were very friendly.
