   Found a sale item that was ripped and asked if there could be a discount for it - Zoe discounted it from 15£ to £10 to £8 which was so sweet! Was served by Kai, she gave me a free bag and was so sweet whilst I was paying! Wonderful service thank you so much especially to Zoe and Kai

   They need to stop blocking the pavement with the vast amount of boxes and rubbish they leave outside. I will be reporting them to Nottingham City Council, Who hopefully will take some action against them.

   Went to the store 12th December - staff point blank refused to give me a paper receipt when I didn't want to leave my email address, then rudely laughed in my face when I questioned it. Staff need retraining - especially in store policies and customer service. Won't go there again.

   I can not fault the shop in layout and the general look of the shop, I can always find what it is I'm looking for. However my last 2 experiences with staff has just been awful. 2 older ladies didn't catch their names ( which I'm assuming we're both some sort of management) well they were pretty rude and spoke disrespectfully towards me like I was a teenager! Also it would be more inviting and wouldn't go a miss if you both could smile when people walk in, it would make you look alot more approachable and better customer service in the future.
